A guest entered the bar tonight and asked “Is Robert working today?”
“Robert? Do you mean Bobby?”
“Yes. Bobby.”
“No, sorry. He has some time off at the moment. How do you know him?”
“Oh, I drive a Mini Cooper. We met at a petrol station and just got chatting... It’s parked downstairs. Would you like to come see it?”

I get radioed to take a cutlery set to a room. Guy answer the door sopping wet, just in a towel.
“Sorry! I must have the wrong room.” “No, you found me!” Why ask for cutlery and then GET IN THE SHOWER IS THAT REALLY NECESSARY?
Later that night I pick up the phone for F.O. who are just ~SO STRETCHED~ and a guest orders a bottle of wine. I take it up, two minutes later, and there’s no answer. I wait for a few seconds, before knocking again and then a lady - adjusting her dress/ bra straps answers the door with a cheeky grin.
CAN YOU PEOPLE PLEASE JUST WAIT UNTIL WHAT YOU ORDERED ARRIVES AND THEN GO AT IT LIKE ANIMALS?

Words to replace said, except this actually helps
I got pretty fed up with looking for words to replace said because they weren’t sorted in a way I could easily use/find them for the right time. So I did some myself.
