I think one of the things I most want people to learn about Billy Joel is that he did not like drugs.

He tried them a few times, decided they were stupid, and then mostly avoided them. Man went to Woodstock and left after a day because everyone else was stoned out of their minds and he thought it was dumb.

I always see comments on concert videos of him with people joking about him being high. He's not. He's just Like That™. He has said that coke is "the stupidest drug in the world" so make of that what you will.

Also, most of the comments are on videos of Big Shot and people need to realise that he's just always like that while performing Big Shot. He could be completely normal (well, as normal as he gets) during the songs before and after but he is at his most feral and unhinged during that song.

#it's so annoying because it's just inaccurate #also the fact that he thought drugs were lame is so much funnier #he's just like that all on his own

#IT'S SO ANNOYING #no one in that bar was getting laid they were all drowning their sorrows #at this point i find those jokes lowkey insulting as someone who goes to gay bars

I Go to Extremes and And So It Goes are on volume 3 but Angry Young Man is not on Greatest Hits 1 & 2! A lot of people know a few of his hits but not more than that.

I prefer bras without underwires. I am small enough to do this now! I will not wear a push-up or anything excessively padded. I just want cups with a minimal band.

I have very exact specifications for a bra and I don’t think it really exists. I cannot do sports bras or bralettes. I can’t tolerate more than the bare minimum band material on my rib cage. I have a theory that I am so sensitive to this partially because my torso is so short so things just hit me a little differently. But whatever the reason I can’t do it. I mean I do need sports bras too at some point I do use them for actual sport but that’s less urgent.
