In response, Netanyahu immediately said he was cancelling his trip to the US.

The resolution, put forward by Algeria, Ecuador, Guyana, Japan, Malta, Mozambique, Sierra Leone, Slovenia, South Korea and Switzerland, calls for an unconditional release of all hostages on all sides.

Russia attempted to put the word “permanent” into the ceasefire language but the US voted against it.

Let it be said here and now that if you think Palestine deserves to suffer. If you think that these people are amoral monsters worthy of genocide. If you think these people deserve to have their homes blown to bits and the rubble be auctioned off to losers with nothing better to do. If the children deserve to scoop the remains of their siblings into bags. Parents have to cradle their loves departed. Friends have to hear the news of theirs having not survived.

If you believe in their colonization. In their erasure. If you revel at these atrocities and see this as something to celebrate.

Is anyone else's perception if age a little..off? Like, I don't know. People in their thirties call themselves old and I just go 'what?' People in their fifties and sixties aren't old to me. Older, sure, but not old. And objects, too. I don't consider a car from 2011 old. I don't consider the song "Can't Touch This" old. The Parent Trap with Lindsay Lohan. Is that old? Is she old? What is Old? Why do we fear it so much?

Does this make sense to anyone?
