remaking this post bc it was losing traction + my friend still needs help to survive

harmony was recently kicked out ( twice ) by transphobic relatives and friends . she currently has no source of income and nowhere to sleep except her car . it’s been below freezing outside recently and i’m extremely worried about her well being . 

this is an ongoing situation until harmony can find a job / finds a stable place to live . she needs money to feed herself and gas up her car at the very least , but would prefer to sleep in a hotel room if she reaches enough donations for that . if you could spare even a few dollars , it would mean the world ! if you can’t help monetarily , please reblog this post and spread the word !! thank you so much for reading

To qualify for this poll, your character must canonically fight with a sword or sword-adjacent weapon (sabers, long daggers, rapiers/epees and all that).

"Sword gays showdown" is just a name, please do submit characters who are bi/pan, ace, trans and other LGBT+ identities. This tournament is all about vibes so characters you headcanon as LGBT+ are fine too!

Submit murder husbands and wives for the upcoming gay wrongs poll (coming after the current poll finishes!)

To qualify for this poll, a couple must do bad things together. They don't have to be evil and it doesn't have to be actual murder, but 'murder husbands and wives' are defined as 'gay people who committed crimes'.

Canon couples are best, but as long as there's sufficient crime and homoeroticism I see no reason to not submit [insert non-canon ship you like].

Louis and Lestat from Interview with the vampire and Kinn and Porsche from Kinnporsche are included automatically since they were my main inspiration for this poll. Feel free to still submit propaganda for them if you want to!

"Guy yuri" is any MLM ship/couple that gives you sapphic vibes. Alternatively, any ship that either has a lot of Gender OR you've seen it genderbent into women by sapphic fans in fandom spaces- this happens to some MLM ships more often than to others.

Welcome to the Tumblr Found Family Adoption Agency! Here, we present your blorbos to the masses to have them vote upon whether they should be added to the collective tumblr found family or ditched on the roadside. Submit your blorbos here:

The rules are: 1. Play nice; be respectful to others. I will hesitantly allow anti-propaganda for now, but will change that if people get too mean 2. Blorbos can be of any age, since a found family can be just that. So feel free to submit a one-day old infant or a ten thousand year old tree, if those are your blorbos 3. No Harry Potter 4. No real people (might make an exception if it's funny) 5. For the moment, no OCs. All your OCs are great and I'd feel sad if they got rejected from the found family F.A.Q. under readmore:

(No one has actually asked any questions, but these are the ones I'm anticipating) Q. How does this work? A. A post featuring a blorbo shall be made, stating who they are and their source material. A poll will be attached set to one week, asking if we should "adopt" or "ditch" the blorbo. At the end of the week, based on the result, I will announce if they blorbo has been adopted into the tumblr found family or ditched on the roadside Q. What is a found family? A. A found family is a family you find for yourself. Do you have a guy who is a big meanie? A character with neverending resting bitch face? Someone who absolutely hates everyone? SUBMIT THEM TO FIGHT TO THE DEATH AGAINST OTHER DICKHEADS!!!!!

This is a poll for characters who are rude, jerks, hotheaded, or otherwise meanies. Character qualifies if their rudeness or meaniness is a part of their character traits, and not whether they did a mean thing one time. Whether or not it is debatable that they are truly a sweetie at heart, if other characters hate their asses or know them as mean, they count.

Submissions open through Google Forms until August 22nd. Extension may be given if needed.

Rules:

This is a lighthearted poll. Please do not get genuinely heated over the inclusion of your favorite guy in this poll.

is there anything sadder than realizing that your absolute favorite character in a game cannot be romanced? this is the bracket for you! or, well, for those characters.

Competitors will be judged on which one the voter most wishes was a romance option.

Rules for submission

Characters submitted MUST originate from a piece of media with romance options that can be chosen between by the player.

Characters submitted must NOT be a main romance option.

Characters who are not main romance options are eligible, even if they can have romantic moments with the player character. For example, Scout Harding from Dragon Age: Inquisition is eligible.

Characters who use relationship mechanics but whose dynamic with the player character can never be romantic are eligible, such as Krobus from Stardew Valley.

No contemporary real people or characters based on them.

Fictionalized versions of historical figures are allowed.

Use your best judgement on why you think a character should be romanceable.

for example, please don't submit characters who have a relevant age difference or are related to the player character.

Submissions will run for two weeks, from August 3rd to August 17th.

Guidelines:

•When you fill out the submission form, please also provide me a picture of your choosing of your character, either by sending an Ask or a DM.

•There is no current limit to how many characters are entered, places are first-come-first-serve and submissions will be closed when I decide that there is enough. (256 spots available)

•Anyone can submit anyone, but I will only be entering up to 2 characters from the same fandom. If more than two get submitted, then I will hold preliminary polls to decide the 2 winners.

•Only submit the same character once, but you can submit however many different characters you’d like!
