At one point Hilda needed to go run a (magical) errand for kaisa and kaisa was telling hilda to be careful and not to run into any trouble and just get the item and come back, so hilda jokingly said okay dad and kaisa just stared at them absolutely shocked and then just broke down catching hilda off guard.

So from then on hilda occasionally calls kaisa dad and kaisa has gotten used to being called that and just goes with it now.
