as a generally curious person, the one question that's always burning at the back of my mind is: how do my mutuals look?? so because tumblr is the Great Anonymous Basement of the internet and we're obviously not posting selfies, I'm asking you all (very very nicely) to reblog this and tell me what you look like in the tags!!

#let's see... #i have curly light-brown hair. length is variable but i usually keep it at shoulder level #although i used to keep it much shorter when i was younger! #and i also wear glasses! have since i was 7 :) my face looks so strange without them! to me at least #i've got very dark hooded eyes with permanent eyebags lmao those things just won't disappear no matter what #i don't really have a specific style? i'm the furthest person from fashion lol. i do try to keep a relatively cohesive wardrobe #lots of collared shirts and sweaters and suit jackets. i might go for a necktie if i'm feeling fancy #plus some tshirts and casual jumpers for when i need more casual stuff. and a NASA varsity jacket i adore! #high-waisted pants because i can't stand anything else #and a couple of accessories! i have a black ring i always wear when i go out and i wear earrings #i think that paints a fair description

This Earth Day I grieve the ancient olive groves of Palestine, I grieve the groundwater and once unpolluted oceans of that same beautiful land. I feel an indescribable rage when I picture occupation forces burning these sacred groves to the ground and salting the earth that remains.

This Earth Day I wish for a free Palestine, Sudan, Congo, Hawaii. For the freedom of their people and their lands. You can not fight for a cleaner healthier planet without fighting against imperialism.

the idea that restrooms, locker rooms, etc need to be single-sex spaces in order for women to be safe is patriarchy's way of signalling to men & boys that society doesn't expect them to behave themselves around women. it is directly antifeminist. it would be antifeminist even if trans people did not exist. a feminist society would demand that women should be safe in all spaces even when there are men there.
