Author's note: Hello my loves! I hope you like this little Imagine of Bucky! It's more of a pre-Bucky/You than an actual relationship.

At first, Bucky didn’t liked you.

   You were…Too much for him to bear, you spoke so much  that made him start to get annoyed at your voice. You smile too much that makes him look at your face with a frown on his own. 

   Why were you so happy about? Why wouldn’t you leave him alone to be sad and depressed?

  Steve said that he needed to be more open with people, his therapist told him that, sometimes, you have to let people come and see your vulnerable side. But Bucky wasn’t ready yet for this.

 He had a lot of thoughts, he had too much blood on his hands. There was days that he couldn’t look at himself in the mirror because it looked…Wrong.

  At the same time that he was James and Bucky, he was also the Winter Soldier. At the same time he had his memories of the 40s, he had memories of the years he killed people. He was human but also a killing machine, a time bomb waiting to explode.

   Everyone flinched when he spoke Russian, even Steve and Natasha. Especially Steve.

   But then, then you had sat next to him in the balcony, and said:

“I like when you speak Russian.”

“Why?” He asked, starting to feel annoyed.

“Because it’s a part of you that you don’t show too much, mostly because of Steve. But when you do, it’s because you are showing negative emotions, and I know that it’s hard for you to show this type of emotion. Even when you’re grumpy most of the time.”

   And he looked at you with wide eyes, because he never stopped to think about this before. He always tried not to look deep in his emotions, and even though he didn’t speak much Russian because of the Avengers reaction, sometimes it just…Slipped.

“So…You observe me?” He asked, feeling bold. It was the first time he was looking at your face without frowning.

“Of course I do! Being honest, you’re my favorite from the guys here. I like you more than I like Steve, just don’t tell him I said this, or he will make these sad puppy eyes to me and that would make me feel horrible.”

   He doesn’t remember how much he talked that night, but it was more than what he was accustomed to. 

   So yeah, at first he didn’t liked you.

 But maybe now he does.
