i started doing things scared and doing things alone years ago the real challenge is doing things tired

Went on a forest walk! They are doing a prescribed burn so we found a little deer trail to walk on away from the main area.

I debated on going since I had the cramps and back pain, but I feel good getting the fresh air. I do need to stay closer to home though as Sunday is 37 weeks 😬 time to soak my feet, make some fresh tea and find the couch again.

I hate the “open floor plan” that everyone is obsessed with in houses now. I want nooks and crannies and bizarre floor plans. I don’t need to be able to see what someone is doing on the other side of the house. I want places to hide and lurk and dwell in the shadows. I am the beast who awaits in the labyrinth

i think rice with things on it & also some sort of sauce is like basically the best food genre tbh

when people give me compliments I feel like a vending machine trying to accept a wrinkly dollar and it’s just really frustrating for everyone involved

Had my 36 week appt. I was hoping she would say baby will come sooner than 40 weeks because I'm tired and sore, it hurts to walk and by 2:00 I am WIPED OUT. But we are still on track for June! I have to start taking diabetes medicine and she wants to do one more growth scan at 38 weeks. Baby could have low blood sugar when he's born and might need extra monitoring. I'm ready to meet him 💕 wild how he could come ANYTIME or in a month.

Got added to my husband's bank account. I added him to mine a while ago but now that I am not the breadwinner, we got me a debit card on his for groceries ect. It's a weird feeling relying in someone else financially. Even though it's temporary 🥴

I finally vacuumed and wiped out my car. Took all the random junk I accumulated from the last few months of moving out

We went to post office and mailed back our old internet modem

I decluttered each room one at a time and made muffins.

Tomorrow I need to pay my car insurance. Pick up prescription, and clean the bathroom. I want to go walk at the lake or the canyon where the flowers are blooming but i can't walk very far. I might see if my aunt wants to go with me, especially if I plan on going somewhere with minimal phone service.

Had such a great day today! I wasn't expecting anything for mother's day because baby still has 4 weeks, but my husband spoiled me. He woke me up with flowers and made me the yummiest shrimp spinach pasta dinner!

We spent the day fishing with his brothers family and their kids. It was super windy so the water was different colors! But the sun was so nice! And I'm proud of my fish I caught :)
