I have been absent for a while, huh?

Well for starters, my game keeps crashing and I couldn’t be bothered figuring out what was wrong, even though I’m 100 sure its some CC I downloaded.

Secondly, I work two jobs which means the amount of free time/sleep I get is minuscule which means I don’t play sims or get on tumblr ever.

Thirdly, I’ve been having a lot of health issues lately, which isn’t anything new, but I actually went to the er this morning for stomach pains and it turns out I have a gall stone and possibly a stomach ulcer so yay.

I did open my game today and am creating a new sim but I don’t know how soon I’ll get to actually posting story related things. Sorry.

When you’re not the popular rper/blog/artist

You’re probably used to all of these, whether you’re busier than others or just shy about being noticed or just…not as noticed next to others.

1. You rarely get asks and if you get a message its amazing and you feel great but most of the time its a spam bot.

2. You have maybe a couple hundred followers…maybe a lot less. Most of them are friends and if they aren’t…they don’t give a lot of feedback.

3. You chase people for rp constantly but rarely get chased in return. Eventually you stop cuz you feel like a pest bothering someone more popular. 

4. You get so happy when your writing or post gets 5 likes and ecstatic when it gets 10. Though usually you get 1-3.

5. Your character isn’t well known. In the public people haven’t heard of you or if they have its because they know so and so who maybe mentioned your name once. 

6. Your characters all have great written out stories but are often not seen in the spotlight…other than in your own written works. Plots go on and your character tags along. 

7. *for the artists* You draw shit all the time for your characters. probably remake a lot of ocs all the time because you want one to stick. You draw your friends art and get paranoid because people either like your art a lot and have wanted free stuff before or 2. you’re not a well known artist either….so you’re lucky to get commissioned. You draw others characters….yours rarely get drawn though. 

8. you kinda feel like the extra in the movies of other characters. Its tiring to get overshadowed.

9. you are intimidated. and often feel like you can’t speak up about this.

10. You try your best to rp with certain people who have to juggle multiple rps at once whereas you’re most likely rping with just them. 

To all of the people who maybe relate to some or…all of these All I can say is I see you.

You’re great and don’t give up. Gotta start somewhere.

so on the brightside

1. your ideas are amazing and no one else has the same ones as you. Own that. eventually people will see your genius. 

2. You work harder than most people because your passion is just that strong that it keeps you driven.

3. your characters and you will shine-just give them a polish and don’t worry about it.

4. Your writing doesn’t suck. Stop telling yourself it does.

5. Being popular isn’t everything. and if you’re an artist…don’t draw for others-draw for you. 

6. Be yourself. No point in copying others in attempts to have what they do. They dont have what you have either- so flaunt your talents and writing. They are fucking great.

7. Do what makes you happy. Not what gets you noticed. 

8. Never give up.

I love you all and enjoy a little rant thing. Chins up everyone.

“A kiss?” Anna tilted her head, her blonde hair falling over her shoulders. Though a blush touched her cheeks, causing her freckles to pop she walked over to the man, smiling up at him. “I suppose one kiss couldn’t hurt, hm?” 

With a coy smile Anna stood on her tiptoes, only to press her mouth to the corner of his, most of the kiss landing on his cheek. She pulled away with a giggle, tucking her hair behind her ear.

Anna’s tail swished slightly as she gave an amused look to her friend. It wasn’t uncommon that she heard those words, especially when she was out and about, but she usually chose to ignore them. Hearing the come from K’aila was both amusing and intriguing. 

“Okay~” She hummed, setting her cup on the table and sliding out of her chair. “But only cuz I’m drunk.” She added as she placed her hands on the other woman’s thighs, leaning down and pressing her mouth to hers in a quick, rougher than she’d intended kiss.
