hi my friends, i’m sorry for bothering you about this again but i truly don’t know what to do. yesterday i opened up briefly about what had happened to me but the truth is that my situation is a little more serious than how i initially made it out to be. 

my boyfriend (i’ll refer to him as “jay”) and i have been together on and off for the past six months. everything was fine at first but a couple weeks after we started dating, i was raped by his roommate. i won’t go into the details but when jay found out, he completely changed. we started living together afterwards but he wouldn’t let me go anywhere without his permission. he went through my phone every night, he constantly accused me of cheating on him, he even threatened to tell my parents about what had happened. we took a trip to korea during winter break but ended up breaking up on my birthday. at this point, he no longer lived with me because his roommate had moved out, and so i thought that things would get better after separating. but shortly after returning to the states, i started receiving threatening letters in the mail. my little sister also started receiving these letters and even received a box that contained photos of me, photos of her, photos of my family ㅡ all taken from my social media and all with my face scratched out. i reached out to the police, but they said that i didn’t have enough evidence to file a restraining order against him. they did, however, question him about what was going on, and all of these events stopped happening after that.

he reached out to me after a month and apologized for everything he had done. he apologized for mistreating me and told me that he missed me and that he would never do anything to hurt me again, and i believed him. everything seemed okay until a couple of days ago when i found out that he had been cheating on me. i broke up with him immediately, but he kept calling me and my sister (who is currently staying with my grandparents). we both blocked him, but he showed up to my house at 3am. he used the spare key that i’d given him to enter my house, and he began yelling at me for breaking up with him. we started fighting and when i took his house key from him, things quickly escalated and turned physical. he threw my laptop over the railing from the second floor of my house, he broke my glasses in half, he threw pictures and books at me, and he sexually assaulted me at knifepoint.

thankfully my neighbor was still awake and came over to check up on me because she had heard us screaming at each other. jay left immediately but i explained to my neighbor what had happened and she drove me to the police station to file a report. when i told the police what had happened, they told me that there wasn’t a strong case and had even implied that it was “just a young couple’s fight” and that he had raped me to “make up with me”. my neighbor took me to the hospital to get me tested but since i don’t have insurance, so the bill ended up being over $800.

one of my close friends came over and spent the night just in case jay came back. nothing happened overnight but about an hour ago, he showed up. my friend answered the door while i stayed in my room, but i could clearly hear him shouting and threatening to come back and find me if i ever ran. he left and now i’m here making this post.

the reason why i’m writing all of this is because jay has established a pattern of harming me and i’m terrified that he will harm me again. i have the option of staying with my grandparents, but they live 8 hours away and i literally do not have enough money to fill up my car. i also do not have enough money to replace my glasses (this isn’t a huge problem because i wear contacts but i’m down to my last box, which will only last me for another two weeks) or to replace my laptop (my summer classes start in june and they’re all online).

hi friends, i know i’ve been posting a lot of personal stuff recently and i really didn’t want to make this post but i don’t know what else to do.

my mom tested positive for the coronavirus and i haven’t heard anything about her condition since around early yesterday morning. my parents are still in korea so it’s just me and my sister at home but i’ve almost completely run out of money (i literally only have $10 in my account) for food / other necessities. i’m still sick so neither of my bosses have scheduled me for work and although my university has closed its campuses, my landlord hasn’t suspended my rent so most of my money has been going to my apartment + my utility bills on top of my parents’ utility bill + my sister’s athletic fees. i know that the easiest thing would be to ask for money from my parents but i really, really don’t want to add to everything that they’re already dealing with.

“10 more minutes” he replied. you rolled your eyes, it’s been 25 since you last said that. you got up to walk into his pristine kitchen, in hopes of finding something small to snack on while you awaited the arrival of your best friend.  johnny was saying he was getting dressed, but in actuality, he was pacing back and forth reciting his lines he had prepared to tell you later today. yeah, he did feel bad for lying to you, but he would make it up to you after tonight.

opening the cabinet you eyed the pack of brownies all the way at the top. pouting because it was a bit to high for you. fetching a chair, you stood on it and reached up to grab the blue and white pack of the delicious treats. sliding your finger under the tab you popped the box open. putting the box back in its rightful spot, you proceeded to open the plastic wrapped treat. as soon as you were about to pop a piece of it into your mouth a loud scream of your name rang throughout the small condo. your eyes widening, you looked at the tall boy that was now somehow stood in front of you. yelping at his sudden appearance, you lost balance. johnny, of course catching you, his hands on your waist, easily lifting you to stand on the floor.

“what the hell took you so long?!” you asked the tall man, scowling at him once you were stood upright.

“i just saved you from falling on your ass and that’s the first thing you say?” he said, turning to grab his car keys.

“are you trying to convince me or you, hun” she gave you a look.

“just tell him how you feel for gods sake! i’m pretty sure he feels the same way” she tried to convince you. thinking on it for a a few seconds, you shook your head. little did you know that johnny was getting a similar talk right across the room.                

“today’s the day!” ten laughed.

“maybe. this could possibly ruin our friendship-” johnny replied.

“-i can’t loose her, okay, maybe we shouldn’t do this-“ he rambled, overwhelmed with nerves.

“hey hey chill, you won’t loose her, she loves you john, promise” ten reassured the man.

“alright” he let out a breath, with that, johnny stood, walking out to the empty patio. ten watched with a slight smile.

“i’ll be right back, i need a drink” you told the girl, standing up to walk to the kitchen for a drink. the girl watched as you walked away. once you were out of view, she shot up and out of her seat to go find ten.

“is he ready?” she asked, ten turned to point where johnny stood on the patio. he was nervously fiddling with his hands pacing back and forth atop the wooden floor. mumbling his lines to himself.

“i think….?” ten said to more so himself than yuri.

“he’ll be fine” yuri said.

“i’ll go get her” yuri said, venturing off to go find you. spotting you, leaning against the counter red cup in hand, staring mindlessly at the floor. with a roll of her eyes, she walked up to you.

“y/n, stop being a sad ball of fluffiness, be a happy ball of fluffiness!” she told you.

“what kind of comparison is that?” you asked, furrowing your eyes at her sentence.

“was that all you got out of my small pep talk?” she asked with a deadpanned expression.

rolling your eyes, you pushed yourself off the counter and made your way outside. eyeing your bestfriend, you slid open the glass door and slip out into the crisp, cold, winter air.

“you’re under the mistletoe~” ten said in a sing song voice. he was holding the mistletoe above the both of you from the balcony above the both of you. you gaped at the sight, a small blush creeping up your neck.

“well, are you just gonna leave him hanging?” you heard yuri yell. shaking your head with a shy smile, you looked at johnny, he was already looking at you. he raised his eyebrows at you, awaiting your answer. so you gave him one….you crashed your lips onto his and you could practically feel the happiness that ran through his veins. loud cheers were heard from the both of your bestfriends above you. you pulled away from his soft lips, him chasing your lips with a pout.

“merry christmas, dork” you told your boyfriend.

Sugar Cookies - Moon Taeil

The instruction sounded so strange but hey, they're the professional. Taeil popped some cubes of butter in the mixing bowl and you started the hand mixer.

Immediately after placing it on the butter, an unpleasing grinding sound was created along with a shriek coming out of your mouth, startling your boyfriend, who was busy trying to preheat your oven. He saw few specks of butter on your face, hair, clothes and apron and immediately started laughing.

"This recipe hates me!" you said with a pout, stomping your feet to the sink to clean yourself off with a wet dishcloth.

"Or maybe you hate the recipe," Taeil responded, helping you to remove some of the butter out of your hair.

When you finished cleaning yourself up, you took your apron off, raising your arms in defeat.

That suggestion brought a smile to your face and you nodded. And there exactly what you did. An hour and a half later, you and Taeil finished decorating the cookies and you jumped for joy, aggressively hugging him and placing multiple kisses all over his face.

"Probably burn the whole apartment down." you responded, both giggling.

After cleaning the kitchen, you carefully placed the cookies in a cookie jar, taking two for you and him and sat on the couch.
