The reason Israeli propaganda about Hamas tends to fall flat is because, while I personally believe that there are Hamas members that would disguise themselves as aid workers and use places like hospitals to manipulate Israeli troops into committing war crimes and that Hamas benefits from the dead civilians in Gaza, it's pretty obvious that they didn't need to manipulate Israeli troops into doing any of that stuff in the first place because the troops in Gaza and their higher-ups were actually going to do all of that of their own volition anyways.
