For a long time, Sol was a hardened spawn who felt as if many were inferior, weak, and too feeble for her attention. The easy manipulation of those within the black market fueled this idea of hers for many years. From being weak in combat to being weak in the mind, Sol accepted her ruling as Bhaal's Chosen alone and found comfort in that. (she had her own gold, devout cultist, accepted her role as a deity and more) Commander Paemon, a strong and powerful leader and once a contract of hers who would sometimes bump heads with Gortash during their missions, constantly pushed and challenged her. He, himself, barely spoke at the time and was hardened due to the hardships of his upbringing and the belittlement from his father due to his birth defect (his white markings). His markings caused his father, the emperor of Yarsyre to never see his full potential and always doubt his son's strength for succession.

She'll forever be grateful he dropped everything as soon as he heard of her disappearance, risked being killed by Gortash's guards to get info out of him. (Baelor was a gift for his bravery of the challenge if Gortash were to tell the story lol) Paemon will always be happy-

Commander Paemon built his cult after deserting his future empire, Yarsyre, roughly 13 years after he reached adulthood (Dragonborn reach adulthood at the age of 15). Relying on networking and familiar connections he made during his time as a "King to Be" within his former home, with the help of his lifelong friend, Maljov, Paemon’s division grew from double digits to commanding 300 dragonborn. Many of his followers were deserters of his former clan as well; their loyalty ran deep.

(There is always a spot for a fellow dragon to fit; however, dead weight would never be tolerated and could cost you your life.) With a fondness for culinary arts, he is also known to host gatherings within the fortress, where he cooks for a select few. Those attending know to expect the potential delicacies of their own flesh. As disgusting as it may seem, Paemon takes pride in his ability to manipulate flavors in a way many would describe as "euphoric.”.

(trust me, the finest chef would approve of his meals ;3 ) -- he's the crew's cook lol 

Each individual was given an opportunity to prove their worth within the cult. Brawn wasn’t all he searched for when it came to his clan, and he preferred those with more to offer than such.
