The Pursuit of a New Experience
I am incredibly honored to be officially recognized as one of the Best Staff on August Edition from FPCI Chapter UI Board of 2020. I knew very little about this field when I first started my organizational experience at FPCI Chapter UI. Yet, thanks to Board of Executives and Opportunity and Development division, I have experienced tremendous growth over the months — both in in terms of my professional and personal development.
August was also quite a benchmark for me. Not only did I get a chance to be a first-time Project Officer on FPCI Chapter UI CV and Interview 101: Nail the Interview, Land the Dream Job, but my hard work was also proven satisfactory as it had led me to receive the Best Staff Award for the month. This project has taught me a lot about teamwork, management, and leadership. I couldn't be any prouder with all the efforts that my team had put in, despite all the circumstances during this pandemic situation, we have successfully conducted this webinar.
I want to take a moment to thank our Vice President of FPCI Chapter UI Board of 2020, Rheza Maulana, my managers at Opportunity and Development, as well as my team that has supervised and supported me throughout the ups and downs.
As Project Officer, I would also like to personally thank Kak Damianus Yanna (Human Resources Associate at Deloitte Indonesia), Kak Ilham Akbar (Talent Acquisition Lead at Gojek), for having so kindly shared their valuable knowledge and participated as the speakers of our event. I’d like to also thank Kak Christella Fenisianti (1st Runner Up Miss Indonesia 2020) for incredibly moderating or discussion. I truly hope that this event has enlightened our participants with a better understanding of CV and Interview.
There has been a lot of significant lessons, people I’ve met and experiences I’ve gained during my time on FPCI Chapter UI. Realizing the fact that this is just the beginning of my real journey, I’m looking forward to gaining more knowledge and experience, I really hope greater things are to follow!
