damn since you mentioned the original concept for joan was that they were a lot more hyper/cocky is actually a pretty cool concept, as much as i love the joan we have i think reabees writing an adhd-coded fagtastic y/n with a big mouth would be pretty cool.. god i hate it when you guys have like real life adult responsibilities or whatever the actual fuck

While it was fun it wouldn't work in the story. Shed become another Jeff essentially and we thought a yn who's a lot more collected but has NO IDEA what they're doing was a more interesting dynamic. Also I find our audience are mentally ill introverts so canon Joan is easier for self insertion. Her design was cool and so was the wrestling fighting style but it was ultimately put in scrap heap.
