Shelly-Ann 'Mommy Rocket' Fraser-Pryce has been a part of 3 🇯🇲 sweeps in a major championship and has now won gold 5 times in the 100m at the World Championships. The only athlete in the world to achieve that. She is one of the most decorated athletes in history and she's still taking names at 35. She's incredible and the absolute sweetest. We love all our ladies but Shelly deserves a special big up. Nuff love and respect to her ❤
Kagiyama Yuma || World Championship Documentary Clip Translation of Yuma's coach/father talking about his rivalry with Shoma.
"I didn't think he'd win the gold medal but I think he still has a lot of growing to do, to be like Uno-kun. So this time, rather than gold medal, it's the same for any competition but anyway, I wanted it to be a competition for him to gain various experiences. So I think this pressure is probably a good experience for him. That's why I want him to keep going back and forth at winning and losing in this friendly rivalry together with Uno-kun. Although it's bad, I'm happy that he won a medal.”
Q. It'll be nice if Kagiyama-kun makes the national anthem play next time.
"Right... The long season is finally over. I'm really relieved. For now, the plans are taking shape for next season. After returning, he'll have to work his hardest at practice. "

On the final day of the World Championships, Team USA Athing Mu wins gold in the 800m with Team Great Britain Kealy Hodgkinson just a step behind for the silver. Team Kenya Mary Moraa takes the bronze.
