it will never not be funny 2 me that in fnv, if you’re not either stupid or a gay man, the only way to get arcade as a companion is to undergo the pain of performing 500 billion Tasks for the followers and/or giving them all your med x. but if you’re stupid enough or gay enough you can just go up to him like Hey I’m stupid / Hey I like Men and he’ll just drop everything and follow you into the desert to go get killed in the desert. also doesn’t he drink your soda if you give him soda

#i also like how arcade is im pretty sure the most built companion #ive played hardcore before and i dont think hes ever actually died. in hardcore #or ever gone unconscious in normal mode. #whereas veronica and rex being melee attackers do good damage but kick the bucket on the regular #raul and boone are more durable but still eat shit on the occasion #i have the yes man companion mod and even he went down once #admittedly because he was standing in the middle of a circle of like 4 deathclaws but still #arcade will blast god in the face with a laser pointer and just not even care #he's the most dangerous man in the mojave wasteland.
