#i have. complex feelings about the show but i love the gifsets ppl make on here #like i really enjoy the books and it carries over to the plotlines and characters in the show #but it really is a shitshow lmao #seasons 1-4 are like the cheapest tackiest shit imaginable but at least they copied over the storylines from the books #whereas 5-8 have higher production value and are more story focussed but the writing is just. you can see through it let’s just say that
