Selaphiel, Jegudiel and Barachiel

Okay, let's talk about the religious origin of the three new Cherubim: Selaphiel, Jegudiel and Barachiel.

These three Cherubim are actually from Eastern Orthodox tradition on the names of the Archangels, of whom usually the number is seven.

Selaphiel is believed to represent three different types of prayer; blessing, supplication and praise. These three types of prayer are to represent how we are to pray to God. In Hebrew, Selaphiel means "The Command Communicant" or "Prayer of God". In Iconography, Selaphiel is typically depicted as very reverent in prayer.

Jegudiel in Hebrew means "Praise of God". In Iconography Jegudiel is usually depicted with holding a crown and a whip.

The last of the Archangels is Barachiel, which in Hebrew means; "Benediction" or "Blessings of God". It is believed that Barachiel is the chief of all Guardian Angels. In Iconography Barachiel is typically depicted as holding a white rose.

These three, together with the trio, Michael, Gabriel and Raphael, who are also venerated in the Catholic Church, and the fourth, Uriel, form the group of Seven Archangels venerated in the Eastern Orthodox Churches.

Please take note that:

"Archangel" here doesn't mean the second lowest rank in angel hierarchy, but it means the leader of angels.

There are more than one way to spell the names of these three angels. For example, Selaphiel can be spelled as Salaphiel, Jegudiel can be spelled as Jehudiel, etc.

Gabriel refuses to attend anything that isn't a celebration of The Lord. If you still drag him there, he will ruin it for everyone. 10/10 would let him stay at home.

Michael will go with you to a party, but will spend most of the time muttering under his breath how he wants to behead everyone.

Raphael causes chaos. If you thought demons are chaotic, wait for this angel to fully unleash himself. Just be careful for Andrealphus.

Selaphiel will go to a party if you tell him it's a celebration of him. He'll most likely think it's for him anyway

Jegudiel loves any opportunity to enchant anyone and even demons. And going somewhere with so much people? Oh heavens!

Barachiel doesn't want to go anywhere, but if you tell him that it makes you happy, he has to go he guesses. After all spreading joy is his purpose
