Who is actually Luxu?

This link to my post about the MoM.

The secret ending revealed to us that Luxu is Xigbar, one of the members work for the true Organization XIII. But something tells me Luxu is just not as the person as we thought :

Okay, Luxu got rid of his original body because it went down (like it gets too old) and moved his heart in vessel after vessel to live on. So what happened to his original body then? Like you know, if someone cast their heart away, their body would become a Nobody without a heart. Guess who fits to all of these qualities? MASTER XEHANORT.

‘Xehanort’ in anagram without the letter ‘X’ is ‘No Heart’ and he is already a very old man, it fits with Luxu casting his old body away. But Nobodies can grow a new heart, so Master Xehanort is the same. Moreover, even though Xigbar carries a fragment of Xehanort’s heart inside him, as his eyes color turned from brown to golden, he still claimed “Nothing changed inside me, my heart is still the same”. BECAUSE HIS HEART AND XEHANORT’S ARE ONE AND THE SAME. Xigbar had been acting as his Nobody’s inferior all of this time.

Master Xehanort is actually Luxu’s Nobody and Xigbar is Luxu’s Heartless. Both Xehanort and Xigbar are part of one person, Luxu, the 6th apprentice of the Master of Masters. And remember there’s one scene Xigbar told Sora in DDD “Me? I’m already half-Xehanort” BECAUSE HE’S INCOMPLETE, HE IS JUST XEHANORT’S HEARTLESS.

This explains why Xigbar’s personality is not like Luxu in Back Cover. While Luxu seems to be quite, Xigbar likes trolling around and talkative. Once a person split their heart and body apart, their Heartless and Nobody also took different personalities from their origin. Ansem SOD and Xemnas are an example of this.

The hints haven’t stopped yet, we have the colors symbolic of 7 deadly sins as follow :

And we see the same six-colors contained within the hourglasses at Young Xehanort’s battleground in DDD.

Violet (Pride); Orange (Gluttony); Yellow (Greed); Red (Anger); Green (Envy); Light Blue (Sloth)

And there’s one short : LUST

It is RIGHT THERE. The BLUE of LUST, radiates from Young Xehanort’s body.

LUXU IS ACTUALLY XEHANORT ALL ALONG.

Or to be more exact, Young Xehanort is the original Luxu (Somebody) before he cast his body away, and the old man (Master Xehanort) is Luxu’s Nobody. THE 6TH APPRENTICE OF THE MASTER OF MASTERS.

Move on, I will prove this exactly without a bit of skepticism :

According to the Secret Report #2

‘A speck of land surrounded by sea‘ here is exactly the Destiny Island, Xehanort’s homeland.

Then he left that nest behind and treaded the path to his master's side. That Xehanort’s master in mention here is, the Master of Masters, indeed.

A few short years passed until his Mark of Mastery examination.

Xehanort clearly states he is the first one to tour the worlds written of in the old fairy tales. Like we know, those worlds are, indeed, the Age of Fairy Tales in KHX. After coming there for awhile, he received his mission from the MoM.

During the time of being the MoM’s 6th apprentice, Xehanort came in contact with darkness in many forms, so that’s how he started being corrupted. And also thank to being there, he got the info that Eraqus is a blueblood, descended from the very first masters in the age of fairy tales.

Plus, Xehanort reveals that he is “Xehanort from the most distant past”. I take this is the first milestone he’s gonna leave his home, then stay at his master’s side in order to reach beyond the outside world. Beside being called Luxu, he came to being the man known as ‘Xehanort’ - ‘the first Xehanort’, to be more clear.

Luxu’s mission is moving forward to the future written about in the Book of Prophecies, just like Xehanort states he’ll be led wherever he is destined to go.

Remember the secret ending in Coded reveals that Young Xehanort knows very well about the ancient Keyblade War, that Keyblade Wielders are bequeathed a Keyblade of their own with the passing of time and ‘No Name’ is the most ancient, and that is his destiny. However, he hasn’t received ‘No Name’ yet because this is Young Xehanort before he departs from the Destiny Island. Thus, it is outright to you that Luxu is Young Xehanort in more few years until he got the mission from the MoM (Yes, Nomura states Young Xehanort is about 18-20 years old, so about 2 years passed until the MoM passes ‘No Name’ for him then).

And of course, once Luxu reached his old age, he had to cast his old body aside, kept changing vessel then vessel over years. So time must have been passing for decades, centuries or millennia (Secret Report #12). And then, Master Xehanort (as his Nobody) went to another worldline in the same timeline with Ven in BBS, then took the Keyblade ‘No Name’ from Braig (his Heartless) in the upcoming time.

Keep in mind that Ven, as the one lived in the Age of Fairy Tales, was sent to another worldline with other Union Leaders, so Master Xehanort definitely has some way to travel there too.

I notice Young Xehanort’s animal Keyblade somehow different from “No Name”. While “No Name” is the lion’s head with goat-horns, Young Xehanort’s Keyblade is just a goat head :

Very different... the animal’s head on the left has shorter nose and forehead, also its ears and beard confirm it is a goat’s head, not a lion’s. The animal on the right has a full mane of a lion.

Master Xehanort’s chess piece also takes the form of a goat-head. The goat’s head is the Sigil of Baphomet :

The Sigil of Baphomet is the official insignia of the Church of Satan and is trademarked and copyrighted by the Church of Satan. The Sigil of Baphomet first appeared on the cover of The Satanic Mass LP in 1968 and later on the cover of The Satanic Bible in 1969.The sigil has been called a "material pentagram" representational of carnality and earthy principles. The Church describes the symbol as the "...preeminent visual distillation of the iconoclastic philosophy of Satanism."

Some Satanists, especially members of the Church of Satan, use an upside-down pentagram as a symbol for their religion. The Church of Satan’s official symbol is an upside down pentagram with a goat head inside, called the Sigil of Baphomet. (A ‘sigil’ is a symbol of a supernatural being). It was originally the influential 1800s french occultist Eliphas Levi who associated the pentagram with the goat-headed baphomet, by drawing a pentagram on the baphomet’s forehead. Anton Lavey, who created the Church of Satan in 1966, took the idea from Levi.

The Sigil of Baphomet is the primary symbol of Satanism. It was first popularized by Anton LaVey and the Church of Satan.

The Church of Satan website explains the symbolism of the Sigil of Baphomet as follows:

"The pentagram (pentalpha) comes from the Pythagorean tradition. The goat’s or ram's head within it refers to the Goat of Mendes, a symbol of the Egyptian Neter Amon, who was called “the hidden one, he who abides in all things, the soul of all phenomena” and is thus the closest Neter to the Dark Force which is seen to permeate and motivate all nature. The two concentric circles which contain the word “Leviathan” written in Hebrew (starting at the lowermost point and moving counterclockwise) stem from the traditions of the Ophite (serpent) Jews, and this is the essence of the Dragon of the Abyss, descended from Tiamat, sometimes symbolized as an ouroboros (serpent biting its own tail forming a circle)."

It specifies the clock runs counterclockwise (implying Young Xehanort’s time-reversing ability). With the blade can transform into a dragon’s head with snake’s body. It is the Ophite (serpent) Jews, and also the essence of the Dragon of the Abyss, describing his ability of dragging Sora down to the deepest of abyss, as the blade can extend as long as it can. And serpent biting its own tail forming a circle, indicates his ability of trapping Sora in a cycle/time-loop. As in DDD, 12 Young Xehanort’s selves surrounding Sora to form a circle of the clock.

Chimera is also a creature with its tail as a serpent (or dragon, depending upon which literature you consult), which is the symbol of “No Name”, its gazing eye looks like a serpent’s. It implies the MoM relating to some kind of the hoop/cycle phenomena and Sora means hoop/cycle in Latin language too.

The goat’s head is the symbol represents for the sin of Lust, that is Xehanort’s sin. Young Xehanort was bestowed the Keyblade from his most future self, Master Xehanort. This Keyblade fits his time-manipulation and his sin without a lion’s head. Because Young Xehanort still hasn’t received “No Name” during his timeline yet.

Furthermore, Baphomet originally represented the balance between good and evil, depicting Master Xehanort’s wish on the balance between light and dark of the world. However, nowaday, the goat became symbolic for the word ‘scapegoat’, one who takes the blame for other people, indicates Xehanort is a ‘scapegoat’ for all things considered ‘evil’ under the MoM’s hands.

Beside Lucifer of Pride, we also have Asmodeus as the symbolism of ‘Lust’. Asmodeus’s sacred animal is too a serpent and his sacred colors are black and red, which also matches with Sora’s DDD outfits colors well. So this indicates Young Xehanort's influence on Sora is not minor, those two are likely bound by fate.

Luxu shot 12 crystals down surrounding Sora, 12 hooded-figures appear one by one counterclockwise and Young Xehanort appears last, implying his ability of reversing time. Moreover, Young Xehanort stands at the number XII’s position on the clock of his Keyblade and the goat’s head is also on top of the number XII as well. The clock hands point to VIII:I or 8:13. This might be a stretch but you can take it as a coincidence if you want. I think it implies one of Prides verses : Proverbs 8:13 .

(13) The fear of the Lord is to hate evil.—Because there can never be any truce between the kingdoms of light and darkness (Matthew 6:24), so if we are the friend of one, we must be the enemy of the other.

Pride and arrogancy . . . do I hate.—See above on Proverbs 6:17.

It emphasizes Xehanort hates the sin of Pride in every way. As pride has been labelled the father of all sins, it has been deemed the devil's most prominent trait. It was through Pride that the devil became the devil: Pride leads to every other vice: it is the complete anti-God state of mind. From the light came the people, and hearts were born from people. Evil burgeoned hearts, begetting more darkness, then light was devoured by shadow. Leaving nothing but ruin. So light gives way to darkness. Refers Sora being Xehanort’s archenemy.

So beside the 12 figures, plus Sora is number XIII (thirteen member), which is the number not on the clock, indicating he was trapping within the clock surrounding by 12 YX’s selves, with time kept moving anticlockwise and so on. As his journey was claimed to be repeated again and again by Young Xehanort :

Young Xehanort knows full well Sora’s entire journey, he even knows Sora has been traversing time before like a hoop/cycle. There is an ominous scene :

Suggesting Sora has met his ends and had to restart a lot of times. This is his familiar posture whenever him falling into the state of sleep, then return to the beginning of his journey, the Traverse Town. This was explained by Ienzo :

“they should return to the place where it happened. And if that world is unavailable for whatever reason, a refuge is made for them in the realm between - a world called ‘Traverse Town.’ They would be sent there.”

So whenever Sora “dies”, his heart would automatically be sent to the Traverse Town and then “relive” again like deja vu. In other words, he had been trapped inside time-loop so many times before that we might never expected. What happens to the person who was trapping inside time-loop for so long? Sora’s darkness will be increasing gradually and greater over time, it is why the Darkside residing in his heart and darkness covering entire his body after his heart was damaged by Xemnas.

Beside, the Devil tarot card shows Baphomet, the Devil has the wings of a vampire bat (which is also a symbolism of Young Xehanort’s Keyblade), an animal that sucks the lifeblood out of its prey, symbolic of what happens when you give in to your raw desires. Depicting Sora fell in the chasm of dream by giving in his desire for friends, easily became Young Xehanort’s prey. Being sucked dry power.

The circle under its ‘Gazing Eye’ is the symbolism of “Wheel of Fortune” tarot card.

Description :

The Wheel of Fortune is one of the most highly symbolic cards in the deck, filled with signs that each have its own meaning. At the center of the card, lies a giant wheel, covered in esoteric symbols. There are different creatures that surround the wheel; the angel, the eagle, the bull and the lion. They are related to four fixed signs in the zodiac - leo, taurus, scorpio and aquarius. These four animals are also representatives for the four evangelists in Christian traditions, which is perhaps the reason that they are all adorned with wings.

The books that each of the creatures hold represents the Torah which communicates wisdom and self-understanding. The snake indicates the act of descending into material world. On the wheel itself, rides a sphinx that sits at the top, and what appears to be either a devil, or Anubis himself arising at the bottom. These two Egyptian figures are representative of both the wisdom of the gods and kings (in the case of the sphinx) and the underworld (Anubis). They are rotating forever, in a cycle, and suggests that as one comes up, the other goes down.

Meaning :

The Wheel of Fortune card in Tarot symbolizes destiny, unexpected events, and progress. This card reminds you that good luck happens as easily as bad, and everything happens in cycles. You may be on top of the world now, but you could just as easily be headed downward. Change is a constant and inevitable part of life, and nothing lasts forever. The basic symbols of this card are a clockwise-turning wheel with figures or beasts on it that are rising or falling. Some cards have a sphinx on top of the wheel, and some cards include alchemic symbols and Hebrew letters.

So that Chimera : the creature made of a lion, a goat and a serpent who form a cycle/loop. It is pretty fit with the meaning of “Wheel of Fortune” tarot card, which belongs to Young Xehanort’s Keyblade. The “X” on DDD Sora’s shirt is also the number of “Wheel of Fortune”. X (roman) = 10. The number 10 is symbolic of the end of a cycle, and of renewal.

Its meanings describing their destinies in the circle of life, that anything could’ve happened, rising or falling down. It is a cycle revolving around the lion and the goat, a complicated knot between the MoM/Sora and Xehanort. A quantum entanglement, their union became a Chimera symbol (disaster), the lion with goat-horns, making these two creatures are likely inseparable. And from that, “No Name” was forged taking the form of a Chimera. It is also what I think the MoM's experiences during his timeline.

Now this is just a pure speculation. In JP text, Sora claims “That’s the power of the Keyblade - Hearts connection is my power!”. Luxu suddenly got startled at those words. I wonder if it is because Sora reminds him of the MoM, who also has hearts connection as power. Just like the MoM did say Luxu thinking he can’t count the number of hearts he has. Also, Luxu is very obsessed with ‘angry-look-down’, what is also the act of the people behind Sora reacting the same as him, maybe it is the sign showing Luxu actually afraid of the MoM’s power of hearts connection and those ‘angry-look-down’ of ones connected to the MoM, which is why Luxu was scared and talked no more.

Luxu warned Sora “strong hearts connection will lead to some broken hearts” (KH3) in debt the imbalance of the power would lead towards disaster such as he understands the MoM’s lessons.

Moreover, Luxu claims Sora is the vessel of the Norts in KH3. This links to the lion with goat-horns symbol, as the lion and the goat are two parts can’t be separated, form themselves into a Chimera. In this meaning, it connects the MoM’s symbol is the same with Sora’s symbol.

Lion = MoM/Sora; Goat = Luxu/Xehanort.

The lion with goat-horns. Xehanort and Sora are part of one person/vessel, and it is the Master of Masters.

The Remind trailer has been bringing up more different versions of young Xehanort :

1) Chess Nort (Scala ad Caelum) - grey eyes + round ears

2) YX (Coded & DDD) - yellow eyes + round ears

3) YX (KH3) - yellow eyes + pointy ears

4) YX (who talking with MoM) - grey eyes + pointy ears

My best guess is that the one playing chess with Eraqus is the original “Xehanort” but very possible “Xehanort” is not his real name because Xigbar stated he’s already half-Xehanort with his yellow eye zooming in. That means yellow eyes showing you being a “Xehanort”. So the grey eyes ones must be the true and original Luxu before he being stained by darkness and become a “Xehanort”.

So in other words, Luxu has been taken over by darkness before he touring the worlds while being the MoM’s 6th apprentice. It is Luxu with his yellow eyes that you saw in the Destiny Island.

And the pointy ears and yellow eyes one in KH3 might be the result of being implanted his oldest version’s heart. That would be easier to get with this way.

The scene him talking with MoM maybe happens after KH3 ending since we saw that he still has the pointy ears, only his eyes turned back into grey. I take that he lost the memories during his tour because time-travel rule says when you go back to your own timeline, every memories and experiences you gained there will be lost.

Terranort is an evidence of that. When he is possessed by Master Xehanort, his eyes are yellow and his ears are pointy :

However, his eyes turned back into brown but his ears still pointy during the time he lost memories :

So it’s why, I believed young Xehanort talking to MoM is when he has been lost memories after the event of KH3. And since he still has pointy ears meaning his oldest version’s heart still residing in him.

Keep remembering that young Xehanort in Destiny Island still have yellow eyes, so his memories of DDD might still intact. In KH3, he stated Sora chasing dream again, meaning he didn’t lose the memories of DDD. Therefore, the “original timeline” he mentioned may not in the Destiny Island but the timeline before he touring through worlds under MoM’s instruction. More twist, it tells you that the entire KH series all meant to be his “world tours” written of in the old fairy tales, and he was playing a role as a negative-character in that story. So in other words, KH series is precisely a work of fiction written by MoM.

If this really the case, Xigbar who showing up with four Foretellers in the secret ending still keeps his memories, along with MX’s heart. But then... what is Xigbar’s true role? He is also a Luxu after casting his original body. The MoM told him “different of the other five, you must to keep moving to the next era.” So Xigbar’s role is different from young Xehanort, he travels to the next era, while young Xehanort to the old fairy tales.

Obviously a paradox if Xigbar and Young Xehanort are both Luxu.

Still, it doesn’t contradict what I’ve been saying, we see the MoM told Luxu in Back Cover : “The fact that the Book of Prophecies exist is proof of your success! That means you’ve trained a worthy apprentice”. Then Luxu said “But I haven’t done anything yet...”

So what does this mean? My best guess is the MoM summoned two Luxu from different timelines. The first is at the start of the movie, the second is at the end of the movie.

Each of the Five Foretellers have their names appearing once when the MoM summons them but in Luxu’s case. There is TWO “Case of Luxu”.

The first one must be Young Xehanort, he received the mission from the MoM in order to tourning around the worlds of old Fairy Tale.

And the last Luxu, is Xigbar before he swapping bodies during his travel throughout decades.

So in general, the Book of Prophecies is proof of Luxu-Young Xehanort’s success, but of course, Luxu-Xigbar hasn’t accomplished anything, that’s why.

Thinking about something I have to do in the crossover fic because of how I decided the aftermath of the Spade Arc goes

some manga spoilers

Okay, so like it probably won't work this way in canon, but after seeing the branches/roots? of the Tree of Qliphoth it's obvious some kind of union of Dark Magic and World Tree Magic. So I would think given that the full spell will kill Yami and Vangeance, both of them are getting their mana drained at a equal rate so neither of them dies before the other and ruins the ritual. How do they do that? Well, my theory is some kind of shared consciousness/mind meld/what have you where the tree grows from both of their bodies in a shared state.

So far the obvious side effects are things like sharing each other's memories, and Vangeance can now speak Yami's native language because their consciousnesses were that intertwined.

That means, I would think, that after having a week full of a shared state of being that eventually must become two individuals again, that would affect how their magic casts, because it's a combine mana separating. Kind of like how their combined consciousness separating happened with them both retaining who they are as individuals but gaining a portion of the other person in the process.

So if it was a math problem it'd look like:

Dark Magic + World Tree Magic = Dark World Tree Magic

It would be able to not only create the Tree of Qliphoth, which is basically a dark version of Yggdrasil, but also probably have attributes like

mana absorption

restraint

healing

interconnection of heaven, the living, and hell

light absorption

space distortion

spell absorption

Before the Tree of Qliphoth you can actually kind of ven diagram this list because some things like interconnection, restraint, and mana absorption are shared characteristics.

So, I would think that when I split the combined magic into two, Yami and Vangeance would retain hallmarks of their previous magic but with shared characteristics now like Vangeance's magic is still tree themed, but his magic slower and his connection to the underworld stronger. Whereas Yami retains a spherical and slicing kind of aesthetic. So they need to kind of balance each other like they do pre-Tree.

So it'd be like

Yami

darkness like the sunset

lunar eclipse

wood splinters, fragments, stabs, bends

darkness in absence of light

healing by retrieving the soul

Vangeance

darkness like the sunrise

solar eclipse

trees are dark, lush, sturdy, tethering

darkness from light

healing by warping space

So once Yami has another sword to channel the darkness through, the darkness will be able to whip around, splinter out, a slice could shower like razor sharp wooden needles, etc...

Vangeance's magic would be like creating a world tree much like Budding of Yggdrasil but more Pathway to Hel in which by decreasing the space between the soul and the body, the soul can then reenter the body or by decreasing space to a wound it can then heal itself.

A restraint from Yami would be like a wooden vine, wrapping, tight. A restraint from Vangeance would be like roots taking hold and gripping tightly.

Would it be possible for them to still grow pieces and parts of trees from their bodies? Maybe. Still debating that one. Would definitely be something Yami will be able to do via a sword once I get him another one, which is an upcoming plot point.

Dilution? So, while Lords are all "My aspect is AWESOME! Every other aspect is shit, especially my opposite!", Muses are sort of like "My aspect is... okay, I guess, but it would be MUCH better if it was like these other aspects, especially the opposite."?

something like that, its more like, the Muse is very well equipped to appreciate what others bring to the table moreso then themselves

where Lords have severe trouble relating to others or seeing others as important or just as not utterly terrible, but seeing themselves as all important (at first), Muses delve right into the idea of seeing the similarities of themselves with others, or relating to them, and instead having more trouble seeing their own talents as relevant or important at first

the idea of them by default seeming to dilute what their aspect means comes from the idea of they can’t see what is so unique about their own aspect, everything they associate with their aspect they can relate to in another, and they might have the idea that the other aspect is “better” at this shared thing then theirs is, or thinking that somebody elses aspect is more suited to what they can do than they are

Like yknow how all aspects share borders with eachother in some way? like a big twelve pointed ven diagram?

lets take Life and Hope for instance, something they share is an idea of Unrelenting Force

Life never stops moving forward, always pushing on, finding loopholes and ways around things

Hope being the literal unstoppable force that meets the immovable object kind of force, and unrelenting positivity

but both have subtle differences in the way they approach this shared idea, Life moving more towards an idea of Youthful Energy and Immaturity/Ignorance of Obstacles and Hope being more Unflinchingly Positive in the face of all Negativity

A Muse is someone who has major trouble seeing the subtle differences, and a Muse of Hope in this example may be unable to associate Hope with Unrelenting Force because they see that as something that purely belongs to Life

and then every other thing about Hope they can see they can find in other aspects, like, oh Hope isn’t Truth/Authenticy, that’s Light, or Hopes not positive emotions in general that’s Heart and etc so therefore as a Muse of Hope, I couldn’t possibly be any of those Hope associated things because all those things are from other aspects, not mine

until basically there left with an aspect they perceive as either an empty slate, or “diluted” with all the rest of the aspects who all seem to do their version of whatever thing it is better than the Muse does, theyre unable to see at first what makes their own aspect and powers a Unique force upon reality, something only they can do thats important

this ties into the idea of Muses usually working through others, letting other people lead, inspiring others to do action instead of taking action themselves, having good ideas come from a place of, for example a Muse of Hope saying something like “oh you do (positive emotions thing) too? so do I! kind of, I’m actually terrible at it lol but if you (Heart Player) tried something like this I bet you’d be great at it!”

but just like how a Lord’s extra hard mode challenge is learning to see value in others (aka no problem with inversion, theyll never think theyre not great, instead they have a double challenge to not overembrace)

A Muses extra hard mode challenge is learning to see the value in themselves (aka no problem with overembracing, theyll never fully 100% reject the talents of others, its not a challenge they’ll ever have to deal with, instead we get extra hard mode Inversion challenge)

so just like how a Lord grows by developing and understanding the nuances and having true respect for the talents and aspects of people other than themselves, becoming healthier and balanced that way

Muses grow by developing and understanding the nuances and having true respect for their own aspects and talents, becomign healthier and more balanced that way

like a Lord isn’t “doomed” to being an aggressively sociopathic manchild any more than a Page is doomed to forever be a useless player with no powers, just like how a Muse isn’t “doomed” to being incapable of taking their own actions instead of just buffing others forever

and remember, when in a fully developed healthy state, a Lord’s true power is to define their aspect any way they wish, not simply have their aspect stagnate forever, the healthiest being they incorporate what they view as the positives of others into their own

just as a Muse’s true power is to allow and share their own definition of their aspect with others, saying to others “hey this is what my aspect is like” instead of always receiving from others “hey this is what your aspect is like” not just forever using someone elses definition instead of their own, or just forever working through others instead of taking their own steps

thats where their true powers lie, in their healthy fully developed states, just like any other class
