In the water. and in the water they can float. but most of the pokémon games‚ veritably‚ #take place outside the water. so if you want to get a fish guy then they have to float. to look like a fish. and not look pathetic #the only fish that abides by typical rules is‚ obviously and iconically‚ magikarp. because it's Supposed to look pathetic #even goldeen from the same generation fuckin floats. it's not bc it's gen 1. it's because it's supposed to be pathetic #i dunno. i just feel like at the very least eelektross is one of those pokémon who Has limbs and doesn't really need to. float #just because they're typically supposed to be in the water. is that just me
