i like to think that in the universe where everything goes right post-war they go on dates every weekend / whenever they can make time… i also have many thoughts about like. eichi never being allowed to go to events like summer festivals both because of his family’s status and wealth as well as his own health, and now finally being able to experience so many things along with the people who accept him as eichi and not the heir to the tenshouins, and who would look after him throughout to make sure he’s ok!!

Wataru slowly wakes from the peaceful doze they’d settled in. Rei always enters the dorm carefully, making sure not to disturb anyone else within it. The effort is likely wasted on Eichi, who has slept through quite a few of Wataru’s antics before, but Wataru knows neither of them would appreciate it if they brought up the kindness of the gesture. Eichi stays asleep now, as Wataru slips out of his grasp with practiced ease to be, for now, replaced with one of the many pillows on Eichi’s bed. A gentle kiss on his forehead serves as an apology for leaving their boyfriend (even if it is only temporary), before they step away to join Rei.

the two big projects:

1. fine reunion au, set 8-10 yrs after the end of es1 in an alternate timeline where, essentially, fine went on hiatus and eventually disbanded to let everyone focus on private projects. they reunite now.

2. superheroes au, wataei and theyre superheroes, formerly my big bang project (writing it is on pause i hit several walls)
