Because I'm the laziest person i never retwist my hair in between wash days and I'm thankful my twistouts last for days! I sleep in a Satin bonnet and try to refresh the style every morning. Anyhu here is my routine as promised Massaged my hair and scalp using the Jamaican Black castor oil the previous night and left it in overnight. 2. Next Morning I Cleansed my hair and scalp with the @darkandlovelyafrica #AuNaturale Moisture-replenishing Shampoo 3. Applied the Au Naturale Anti-Shrinkage Conditioner (I normally put a very generous amount of this as my hair is so thick and seems to absorb the whole bottle) and slowly detangle my hair using my fingers (you can comb but I generally avoid combing my hair) then put a plastic cap on, leaving the conditioner in for 30 mns and rinsed and dried using a dry cotton tshirt. 4. Sectioned my hair into 4 parts (because I follow the next steps 1 section at a time… just for manageability) 5. Applied a small amount of Leave in conditioner 1 section of hair ( I swear by the @cantubeauty.africa Shea Butter Leave-In Conditioning Repair because well… It’s amazing and a little goes a long way.) 6. Applied the @_mynatural_hair strengthening oil to the same section of hair. Love this oil because it is so light, has avocado, olive, castor oils. 7. Followed with the #AuNaturale Anti-Breakage Hair Butter to infuse moisture 8. I then lastly apply a small amount of the #AuNaturale plaiting pudding cream for hydration. 9. Make sure these are evenly distributed in the section of hair you are working on- root to tip. 10. I then take small parts of hair and start twisting, depending on the size of twist outs I want to achieve. 11. Repeat throughout sections until all hair is twisted 12. I normally then just leave the twists till the next day to allow hair to completely dry, then I separate the twists.
