#was anhell of a struggle because my body just refused to work with me but I finally lost some weight after a decade #and managed to move the scale enough so I am only overweight anymore. feels so nice when clothes fit better again jfc #I can't even explain how hard this was for me and how much it fucked with my confidence. wanna shed a bit more and then bulk on muscle 💪🏻
