Quick rundown of what Project 2025 is gonna do to our rights and stuff [so far, with what i know]

Project 2025 is the extreme right's plan to turn America fully conservative, shifting the government to dictatorship and to be authoritarian.

The project will go into effect when the next republican U.S. president gets elected and steps into office.

It's gonna be a gradual change, all of this isn't going to happen overnight.

Dehumanization of People of Color, LGBTQIA+, AFABs {Assigned Female At Birth}, Disabled, and Neurodivergent people

Transgenderism and trans-related things will be criminalized, due to being "pornographic".

AFABs: Women will become less significant in society, single mothers will be forced to marry, life for women will become closer to what it was like before/during the women's rights movement.

LGBTQIA+ People: Queer marriage will most likely be outlawed/criminalized, dehumanization.

Christianity will be pushed onto people

The FBI will be dismantled, the Department of Justice will become compromised, and they're going to do something to the Department of Education to have more conservative education.

"We Say No!" March; info on the poster ^^^

The march will be on June 28th, the anniversary of the Stonewall riots. We chose this day because it represents something that we fought so hard to get rights for, but is being taken away by p2025. We chose Pennsylvania Avenue NW because Pennsylvania was one of the first original colonies that allowed religious freedom, which is also being taken away by p2025 (yess i actually get to use what i learned in social studies. school is not useless, kids)

Kat...Kat you have to understand; you can't save Jacob.

I've worked out the logistics. The timeline style is a bootstrap paradox. [THANK YOU MLP THEORIES FOR MY KNOWLEDGE ON TIME TRAVEL]

No matter what you do, the present will always be the same. You can't change the past. You named your daughter Alice after your friend Alice? Guess what, they're the same person. Elliot in the present said he would help Alice anywhere anytime? He only said that because Alice in the past told him he said that.

No matter how hard you try, this present is the only one you're ever gonna get. And even with the painting: it's because YOU time traveled! The events are set in stone: Jacob wrote his message in the almanac to let you know, in the present, that he's safe. He's in another time.

So; you only moved back because you got a letter from your mom, right? You only got that letter because Alice was the one who sent it. Why did Alice send it? Because you guys moved back to the farm. Why did you guys move back to the farm? Exactly. Bootstrap paradox.

Now, why is Jacob missing? Because he followed the dog into the pond. Why did he follow the dog into the pond? The current theory is that the dog is a time traveler, too.

Wait..where the fuck was i going with this?

Oh right: He disappeared, kat. You can't save him because, in the past, he didn't disappear again. He stayed in that time. He stayed in order to write you that message. Whether you persuaded him to or not, idk, we still need more exposition. But the point stands: You can't save Jacob. He's in another time. No matter how hard you try, you can't change the past. That's not the kind of timeline you're in, honey.

Anyways, "what the fuck is a Bootstrap paradox?", you might ask.

Well it's essentially where you go back in time to do something but never fix anything because your actions were the original actions.

Let's use MLP as an example.

Twilight goes back in time to stop herself from worrying, but doesn't get a chance to explain why and also looks like she just went through a war. This causes past Twilight to get even MORE worried and then she proceeds to do everything she can to stop this horrible thing from happening, gradually looking more like future Twilight. After everything's done and the sun rises and nothing happens, she goes back in time to tell herself to stop worrying. What happens? She gets cut off. The cycle continues.

Ok I just realized that that's SUPER complicated so uhm i'm gonna explain it in the context of "The Way Home":

So 1999 Alice and her time exist simultaneously with present Alice and her time. Her mom [Kat] named Alice after the friend she had when she was a teenager. Alice goes back in time and makes friends with her mom as a teenager. She practically was alive before she was born. Now, think back to Katherine's "Alice in Wonderland" book. There were a couple lines underlined in it during the present. What did Alice do in the past? She underlined the same phrase so she could find it in the future.

So what's going on here is that kat and Elliot know if Alice had gone back or not because those events already happened. Those things they say influence whether Alice goes back or not. Well, kat did say Ali didn't go back, but she did, and that was when Kat was at summer camp, So she couldn't have known
