Kaley Bond was never meant to exist. In this life, Treasury Agent Vesper Lynd died before learning of her pregnancy; leaving MI6 Agent James Bond to mourn to loss of one life instead of two. However, in another life, Kaley was born before her mother’s death – and James Bond was left with a baby to care for and revenge on his mind.

While shadowing the ARC’s primary team at an incursion site, Kaley and members of her own team ( ARC Team 7) end up on the wrong side of an Anomaly after getting caught between it and an enraged carnivore.

Upon their return through the original anomaly – they discover the world they have returned to isn’t the same as the one they left; leading to a trip to MI6 and the revelation that Nick Cutter’s theory about changes in the past effecting the future becoming very real as Kaley learns that in this version of history, she was never born.
