Happy New Year! Happy Veganuary! Here's a share of some of my favourite vegan gluten free comfort foods which I have eaten in the past couple of weeks - the top two are made at home - Christmas dinner and a plate of "nibbles". The second two are meals enjoyed out. The wonderful pancake stack is from @gfpfoods - an amazing woman led fully vegan gluten free cafe in Hucknall. The second is "business lunch" at @kayal_restaurants in Nottingham, who have a number of clearly marked vegan and gluten free foods. . I initially started Dash Vegan (back in 2017) to show folks how easy it is to be vegan, whether you are #coeliac (like me) or have any other food allergies or intolerances.
