Country Fried Apple bite Vegan crockpot apples with cinnamon are a delectable treat that will make everyone's mouth water! They're so simple, especially if you use something like the Johnny Apple Peeler. What a cool invention, haha! Christmas is coming up... I am putting this on my list for Santa.

These apples will make your house smell AMAZING while the slowcooker works its magic! If you have any leftover then throw them back in the crockpot with some oatmeal and water or almond milk and let them warm overnight or cook on low for a few hours in the morning. The oatmeal gets better the longer they soak in the apples and cinnamon! This recipe is an awesome side dish addition to any holiday meal spread. Give it a try. We know you won't regret it!

Sweet & Simple cinnamon apples made in the slow-cooker. 3 lbs Apples. Peeled and corred (Honey Crisp and Granny Smith. )2 tbsp Corn Starch1/4 cup Brown Sugar1/4 cup Granulated Sugar1 tsp Ground Cinnamon1/4 Vegan Butter (Melted)2 tsp Lemon Juice Peel and core the apples and place them in the crock pot.Add the corn starch and stir to coat all the apples.Add the brown sugar, granulated sugar, cinnamon, vegan butter, and lemon juice.Stir the apples until they are evenly coated with the sugar and cinnamon mixture. Heat in crock pot on high heat for 2 hours.
