so Jihoon is the talk of the town- well school- as everyone is getting into the new school year

he’s the new choir, music theory and piano teacher. the dudeo is a little music prodigy.

he transferred from a school across town bc he was tired of being in the same place for so long, plus his friends worked here too!!

literature teacher wonu, orchestra teacher joshua, and intro to dance teacher soonyoung recommended Jihoon to the principal and with his track record he was s E T

so, first day of school when the students piled into his, not decorated at all, choir room they were sh 0o k.

“is he the TA?” “why he is so smol???” “are you sure that’s a teacher??” “jENNI F E R shU T uP thAT i S toTal LY a StudEn T” “we’re in women’s choir right now kim.”

he greets the class, somewhat coldly “i’m your new teacher. okay let’s get started with warm ups”

everyone does not take him seriously, bc literally it’s a bunch of immature high schoolers who would take someone so smol and adorable very seriously then one day------ mr. lee (jihoon) had eNOU GH

“Mr. Lee where are our chairs?” “ *smiles* until you guys give me the respect, i have taken your chairs away. now warms up-” yes. he does this to every class, even his piano students and they are c r y i n g

after a good week, they respect him. they fear him, he made a student cry (accidentally) by making the entire choir stop singing to talk about how being off tune will bring down the entire score at competition (he wasn’t even singling the person out)

“okay, competition is in 3 weeks today guys. i know it’s difficult but we’ve gone over this part so many times now, so whoever is off tune please realize your mistakes and fix that so we don’t get points taken off for something so simple fixed.” *kim runs out of the room crying* “jennifer please go take care of that”

somehow from then to the end of the school year no one ever sings a cent off tune ever again

so! how do you get into this mess ? M U S IC AL SE A SON B E GINS

you, the also new and surprisingly loved advanced acting teacher, is casting the school year’s musical alongside V E RY loved dance teacher mr. kwon

auditions didn’t go as well as you were planning, the acting was amazing as you expected from your students so was the dancing... but the vocal talent was l a ck ing. so who do you go to ? obviously!! you don’t go anywhere because you were terrified of going to talk to jihoon who you had a crush on since the first day of teacher camp over the summer wait what hu H

soonyoung was like “we need to do something about this y/n, why don’t we ask jihoon? we could talk to him, i’ve been friends since high school”

your heart does a leap in your chest, we talk? ! ? but you wanted to win the high school musical competition (you’ve done it multiple years in a row at your old school, you were determined to do it here as well)

so push comes to shove, you were in the bare choir room that was empty aside from the classical music playing through a speaker somewhere in the room

you took a deep breath in and knocked on the door frame, since the door was open but he had his back turned towards you. once he heard your knock the (tenth) third time, he spun around in his spinny chair and almost fell out bc did an angel just walk into the room omg

“yes?”

“you’re jihoon right? uh soonyoung sent me bc we need help with the musical”

“tell soonyoung to go fu- you said we?”

“yeah, i’m directing and he’s choreographing and w e need help with the vocals, our actors aren’t up to par of where we need them.”

usually jihoon would tell the person to go away, bc he isn’t some charity to give help to whoever asks, but for some reason he !! just !! couldn’t !! say !! no !! to !! you !! (curse you soonyoung for sending a literal angel his way) so as he was trying to say he had no time to- somehow a yeah sure when do you want me to train them came out of his mouth.

and that’s how a friendship between you two blossomed ( even tho you two strictly told your friends and students who were super nosy that it was just a friendship everyone is like ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°) “sure miss. y/l/n. sure it is”

and it was !!! for the most part bc you two could not come to terms with each of your own feelings

then when tech week came you were S T R E S S E D bc

 1. 3/4 of your techies were very very very new to all of this and currently is being taught by one of the old techies who considered quitting during this week 

2. one of your leads has the flu and spread it to his co-actress (so it’s flu central)

3. THE ENSEMBLE DID NOT KNOW ANY OF THEIR LINES AND WHY DO THEY LOOK SO DEAD ON STAGE PLS LIVEN UP CHILDREN IM CRYIN g

so you cancel rehearsal on your end (soonyoung actually asks for everyone to stay to have a chat with them) and run to jihoon’s office with tears running down your face

he sadly was out of the room to make some copies of the music, but when he returned he was !!!!!!!!!

and it worked. it totally worked and the show was a H I T. it was such a hit the show had a nomination in every category from best overall to best ensemble to best small prop in the corner during act 2 scene 5.

and when you saw the nomination list, you ran down the hall from the auditorium to jihoon’s classroom (who he was currently scolding women’s choir for being distracted) (they were totally talkign about how he looks at you while you two were speaking in the hallway)

*BOOM* you slam the door open and he instantly lightens up and smiles (spawn of satan jihoon exits the room) !!!

he’d always be there when you are stressed and he’d provide hugs and soft singing to calm you down, and you would always be there for him bc he sometimes needs to be reminded of the time so he can leave the school at a reasonable time like JIHOON OMG IT’S 9PM WHY ARE YOU STILL HERE?!!?

Toen ik 15 was ging ik voor het eerst met mijn vader en mijn twee ooms naar North Sea Jazz festival. Ik vond het sowieso uitermate vlijend dat ik als vrouwelijke puber mee werd gevraagd naar een broersbijeenkomst bestaande uit drie muziekpuristen. Ik wist vrijwel niets van Jazz en hoopte dat ik het leuk genoeg vond om me niet heel de avond dood te vervelen.

De line-up was mij geheel onbekend en ik was bij elke act bang dat mijn vader of een van mijn ooms zou vragen of ik wist waar we naar keken. In die tijd mocht je nog een koelbox vol bier en broodjes kaas meenemen naar het evenement dus er was geen sprake van lange wachtrijen bij de bar en je kon altijd even op de koelbox zitten met je luie reet als je stalpoten kreeg nadat je anderhalve dag stond te luisteren naar een gitaarsolo. Het talent dat er speelde duizelde me en het geluid was in iedere hoek van elke zaal kraakhelder. Ik was diep geroerd door de overgave waarmee artiesten als Stanley Clarke speelden en beloofde mezelf hier ooit ook te staan en goed te oefenen. Dat hield ik twee dagen vol en over twee weken sta ik in een omgebouwde container op Mysteryland te spelen. Maargoed. Ik ben weer terug in Den Haag en er is Jazz. Jazz in de gracht. En omdat ik aan de gracht woon en van jazz hou sinds North Sea Jazz 2001 ga ik even kijken. In de regen, met een volle blaas. In de wachtrij voor een Chinees klef (lekker) broodje van 5 euro, in een volle kroeg waar ze al zeker drie minuten twee nummers door elkaar afspelen en niemand het hoort. Mijn naamgenootsvriendin en ik verbazen ons over de brutaliteit van het omhooggeschoten jochie in overhemd dat probeert voor te dringen in de rij samen met zijn zongebruinde quote top 100 vader. Over twee ruziënde vrouwen die een soort Goudkust scene lijken na te spelen op een meter afstand waar we geen duidelijke cliffhanger uit weten af te luisteren. Over het harde geluid van een orgeltje op de hoek van de kade waar heel Zuid Holland van kan meegenieten en over de volkszanger die in zijn gilletje Daft Punk meezingt met een cd op het grootste podium. WAAR THE FUCK IS DE JAZZ?! D E N H A A G? Gelukkig besluiten we intuïtief naar de begin van de Bierkade te lopen om op te rotten maar stuiten we eindelijk tegen een band aan die North Sea Jazz 2001 waardig is. Drie jongens van de middelbare school spelen een set waar de buurt stil van is. Olivier Niekerk (15 fucking jaar, kom ik later te weten) is de wederopstanding van een geniale dode jazzgitarist waar ik de naam nooit van geweten heb. Zijn blonde haar en door het leven nog onaangeraakte gezicht staan los van zijn snelle en ervaren vingers en zijn volwassen spel. Als hij met zijn gitaar bezig is, is hij ergens anders. Niet op zo’n geforceerde ik-doe-mijn -ogen -dicht -en -kijk -schuin -omhoog -met -mijn -kin –tegen-mijn-borst-aan- anders. Nee gewoon echt naast de aarde. Wanneer hij na drie nummers de band aan het publiek voorstelt zucht iedereen van vertedering. De set die ze spelen is fris en neemt het publiek mee van moderne jazz naar iets wat als Radiohead klinkt maar dan nog veertien jaar Conservatorium Cum Laude er overheen. Zijn jonge klasgenoten roepen dat ze van hem houden, ik doe het niet omdat ik bang ben dat het strafbaar is qua leeftijdsverschil, dat had ik gelukkig goed gegokt. Deze jongen en zijn bandgenoten trekken in 30 minuten deze draak van een avond recht. Ik kan me niet voorstellen hoeveel uren deze arme jongen op zijn slaapkamertje heeft zitten oefenen, hoop dat hij over drie jaar elk weekend in een club aan de xtc zit om een beetje los te komen van zijn talenterige juk en vertrek richting mijn eigen bed Volgend jaar ga ik natuurlijk niet meer naar Jazz in de gracht. Ștefan Valentin Dragnea, fiul liderului PSD Liviu Dragnea, a mai preluat în ultimele două luni două firme din Teleorman. El a pus mâna pe TRIDENT 51 SRL Turnu Măgurele și VEL MORAR – S.R.L. Dragnea jr mai are în administrare alte patru: BRIZA DUNĂRII EVENTS SRL Alexandria, FERMA SALCIA SA, S & P INVESTMENT MANAGEMENT SRL Alexandria, fosta LUDIKON SYSTEM SRL Bucureşti și ZOOVEG 2010 SRL Liţa, scrie Liber în Teleorman.

În firmele preluate anterior, Dragnea jr a avut un profit de 20 milioane de euro anual.

În noile firme Dragnea jr s-a asociat cu persoane cu probleme penale, mai scrie presa locală.

”20 milioane de euro profit? Cred că v-ați încurcat în cifre. Nu există așa ceva! Am vorbit și eu cu el după ce am văzut prostiile astea scrise. Nu există așa ceva. Fiul meu se chinuie, ca mulți oameni de afaceri, să se păstreze e linia de plutire și sper să reușească. Are talent la muncă. La muncă, da. N-are talent la scris prostii, la spus minciuni, la manipulări, dar la muncă are talent. M-a moștenit pe mine” – a spus Liviu Dragnea joi la Alexandria.

DEZVĂLUIRILE DIN LIBER ÎN TELEORMAN:

Prima societate la care s-a asociat Valentin după ce tatăl său a devenit un cunoscut pescar a fost TRIDENT 51 SRL Turnu Măgurele. Firma a fost înfiinţată în august 2013, de către o doamnă în vârstă de 60 de ani, Elena Copăceanu şi Daniel Barac, omul care administrează bălţile cu peşte ale lui Liviu Dragnea, de la Seaca, și are ca obiect principal de activitate comerţ cu amănuntul al peştelui, crustaceelor şi moluştelor, ��n magazine specializate. Anul trecut, Barac senior a cedat locul fiului său în structura asociaţilor şi administratorilor, astfel că Barac Marius Lucian, cu domiciliul în Turnu Măgurele și de aceeași vârstă cu micul Dragnea, a preluat o participare de 50% la capitalul social subscris și vărsat, respectiv 10 părți sociale cu o valoare nominală de 10 lei fiecare, în total de 100 lei. Nu a durat mult șefia acestuia, că în schemă a apărut, de curând, Valentin Ștefan Dragnea, care deţine 50% din capitalul social și o întreagă afacere pentru a scoate bani și din hobby-ul domnului tată.

De la porci, la morărit, la toate-i priceput!

Dacă despre celelalte societăți au rezonanță în urechile noastre, cum ar fi Ferma Salcia, producătoare mare de porci, SC VEL MORAR – S.R.L. este nume relativ necunoscut pentru nivelul la care a ajuns. Firma, cu sediul în satul Lița, comuna Lița, are ca domeniu principal de activitate fabricarea produselor de morărit, a amidonului și a produselor din amidon și figurează la societăți din Teleorman cu cifra de afaceri între 200.000 și un milion lei.

Surpriză sau nu, asociat unic al VEL MORAR – S.R.L. era, până acum o lună, același Barac Marius Lucian. El l-a cooptat în firmă pe Dragnea Valentin Ștefan, care domiciliază, momentan, în Alexandria, dacă ne uităm în buletin. După apariția junelui în acționariat, potrivit datelor oficiale, se majorează capitalul social al societății prin aport de capital social. Astfel, Dragnea Valentin Ștefan aduce un aport în bani la capitalul social de 100 lei, prin crearea a încă 10 părți sociale, cu o valoare nominală de 100 lei. În urma majorării capitalului social prin cooptarea de noi asociați, capitalul social total este de 5100 lei, împărțit în 510 părți sociale, cu o valoare nominală de 10 lei fiecare, având următoarea structură: BARAC MARIUS LUCIAN deține 500 părți sociale, cu o valoare de 10 lei fiecare, în total – 5000 lei, reprezentând 98,04% din totalul capitalului social la beneficii și pierderi, DRAGNEA VALENTIN ȘTEFAN deține 10 părți sociale, cu o valoare de 10 lei fiecare, în valoare totală de 100 lei, reprezentând 1,96% din totalul capitalului social la beneficii și pierderi.

Nici firma aceasta nu a pornit la inițiativa actualului acționar majoritar, ci a tatălui său, capitalul acesteia fiind cedat după modelul societății de mai sus, după ce a fost deținut inițial de sluga lui Dragnea, Daniel Barac.

Drumurile duc la TelDrum…

Chiar dacă societatea în care a intrat recent Valentin nu ne spunea, inițial, prea multe, la o investigație simplă am descoperit că ea are rădăcini solide cu TelDrum, de mai bine de opt ani. Prin 2009, președintele consiliului de administrație al TelDrum, Pitiș Petre, a făcut o convocare în care s-a hotărât dezmembrarea imobilului teren în suprafață de 98.335 m2, având construcțiile C1-C37, situat în comuna Lița, județul Teleorman, identificat cadastral cu nr. C.F. 20026 a localității Lița, număr cadastral 102, în patru loturi.

Tot atunci, se aprobă vânzarea, după dezmembrare, a loturilor: Lot 2 compus din teren în suprafață de 9.150 m2 și construcțiilor C34, C35, la prețul de 18.300 lei, inclusiv TVA, către S.C. GRANSILOZ – S.R.L. și Lot 3, compus din teren în suprafață de 9.865 m2, la prețul de 19.730 lei, inclusiv TVA, către S.C. VEL MORAR – S.R.L.

Asociați cu antecedente… penale

Dacă în celelalte societăți Valentin Dragnea are asociați cu antecedente și experiențe în firme anonime de top, în cele două cooptate recent, acesta s-a înhaitat cu penali. O spune portalul de instanță, nu noi. Leatul lui Dragnea junior a fost inculpat, în urmă cu trei ani, într-un proces penal care a încetat prin schimbarea încadrării juridice în urma a împăcării părţilor. Din soluția instanței amintim: În baza art.396 alin 1 şi 6 rap la art. 16 alin 1 lit g NCPP, încetează procesul penal având ca obiect săvârşirea de către inculpatul Barac Marius Lucian, fiul lui Barac Daniel şi Văduva Mitruţa, cu domiciliul în Turnu Măgurele, cetăţenie romană, studii-liceul, conducător auto la SC Teldrum SA Alexandria, cu antecedente penale, a infracţiunii de furt calificat prev de art.228 alin1-art.229 alin 1 lit b NCP cu aplicarea art.5 NCP. O să spuneți că a încetat cercetarea, iar acum Barac e băiat curat, dar fapta există și oamenii lui Dragnea există, iar ei nu mai fură de mult ca-n codru. Fură codrul în întregime.
