yknow i kinda fuck with the active killer johnny lore it just makes sense to me idk. like hes a narcissist. he thinks hes the best. and so far he's right. he's never been caught, never been close to it. he probably wants to show off and start pushing his limits. see just how good he is. hes desensitised to the dopamine rush he usually gets so wants to push the boundaries of his work. i dont think it was a spontaneous burst of killing (he planned by going to a different town after all) but rather an itch thats been needing scratched for a while. he planned to strangle that girl but he didn't have control of the situation like he usually does and so got himself into a mess. he planned but not well enough. cook says hes not seen a mess like this (the game) since pflugerville which suggests this really was a one time thing for johnny and probably wounded his pride a bit so he returned to his tried and true ways. i still think he's itching to be reckless again but probably got a walloping from nancy AND cook so hasn't yet. i think its partly why cook doesnt like him at this time (i dont think hes always hated him but this threw it over the edge by endangering the whole family with his hunger). in fact the whole family kinda makes fun of him for this lapse in judgement. poor meow meow cant even break into someones house to kill them :(
