It has been a super busy, week in the training camp, I decided to take on a new challenge. Yes, not my normal lift gain and grow challenge but something quite testing. (I will tell more in time) But it has required loads more stamina work and loads more cardio. As you know by now I don't like to ease into things but this is a whole new level of challenging. So with all the new fitness, and stamina Im trying to build up admittedly there will be some serious weight loss and some muscle wastage, but Ill try and keep that to a minimum. This has been very tough, I try and wake up at 4:00 am for the first bout of either 60 mins of cycling or stairs. (For now, I've managed to do four out of 6 days) whats this space. Then at night generally round 5:00 pm Ill do another little warm-up cardio set for about 15 minutes or so, and then off to the weight room!! Yes my legs are numb, My more than an amazing #maM partner in fitness drive has been very helpful to also get us going for jogs (did a 5k and nearly died) and then we have done to road cycles as well. Yes, I actually went outside the yard to train! The idea is to be super fit, for some long-distance shenanigans. I'll be doing more on that in the coming weeks as we start gearing up. The Starting stats is definitely ridiculously bad when it comes to going the distance and this new challenge has got me re-engaged a little to push a lot harder, I have always shied away from the endurance goodies as its where I have to face my inner critic most! Yes, pushing weights has become easy, and doing one more set yeah I love the pump and size of a good heavy session. But this is something totally different, the nagging naysayer inside is continuously complaining and fighting, and that's why I am even more determined to go all out! Have a good Sat/Sunday and keep pushing your limits, if there is something you need to get out, if there is something you fear go at it, don't give in, It will be a new experience that will only make you know and understand yourself better.
