just counted how many calls me and my coworkers did, i did 32 so far, one did 14, and the other has done fucking 7. SEVEN

#SEVEN #AND SHE WAS TRYING TO DM ME AND MAKE SMALL TALK #two times while the phone was actively ringing she dmed me and did not pick up the phone. #she was like omg the day is going by so fast!! yeah bc you aren't doing work..... #i literally had to ask in the chat if i was the only one working on scheduling stuff and she took 10 minutes to reply with some BS answer #i asked her to do two call outs from earlier today that hadn't been touched #she did those two call outs and NOTHING ELSE AFTER #it's disgusting that i do five times as much work as her in a day #and HOW DOES THAT GO UNNOTICED #i shouldn't need to go to my supervisors and say hey cheyenne isn't pulling her weight #WE PUT OUR INITIALS ON CALLS WE MAKE ON A LOG. FOR EVERYONE TO SEE!!!! They can see it plain as day!!!!! #and they're supervisors. it's their responsibility to notice those things #i also dont want it to be an HR thing where i have to meet with them all no way #like i don't want her in trouble. i would just like her to be talked to and told to do her job more . bc it actively affects MY ability to #do MY job #that's why i care #yeah it's unfair but it puts stress on me that makes the job harder #like Just do your work oh my god #she sits there on her phone all day it's incredible #and no one says anything to her #good girl speaks
