The Plumbob Pictures Galleria

A Functional Mall for The Sims 4 by @divaatrait

Hello everyone! I thought I'd kick this blog off with a bang and share a build I spent an egregious amount of time on! Del Sol Valley is a beautiful world but comes with a serious lack of real estate so I decided to get creative and make something to replace the useless museum. I present to you The Plumbob Pictures Galleria! This build is a multi-purpose lot (thanks to mods) and I'll be happy to get into the details but first, look at the material! (Using Bojana Sims' Boho Reshade plus a filter I added)

The Galleria is three stories total, complete with 16 distinct areas that include but are not limited to a gym, salon, food court, skating rink, and a functional movie theater rabbit hole. So, you may be wondering how does this work?

To make this lot multi-purpose and make the movie theater rabbit hole functional, you will need two mods!

1. @littlemssam's Auto-Employees Mod - this mod will enable different vendors to automatically spawn on the lot regardless of what the lot type is set to.

2. @ravasheencc's Film Reaper Mod - this mod allows you to purchase the movie posters and theater marquee from Growing Together and place them on any lot.

Please be sure to read more of the mod info on their respective sites in case you encounter any errors. During my play testing, I did notice that when using the theater, my sim would leave the lot but this is due to the mod's routing so I cannot fix that. Other than that, everything should work smoothly.

Disclaimer! I built this lot with @twistedmexi's TOOL mod and while you don't need the mod necessarily, be warned that if you move certain objects it might affect their scaling.

Happy Stairways set

This new set is all about the space under the staircase ! With this new pack, you'll get two new staircases (one with pattern, and one without but with multiple painted colors or natural wood swatches), assorted railing and fences, and a modular shelving system that will go under. You can use both sides as standalone or against the wall, it will work however you place them. Along with it, multiple clutter to fill the shelves or the walls, among with new wallpaper and painted color walls. Everything to make a bright and cheerful staircase area !

This set includes 24 new items, maxismatch, lowpoly & basegame compatible.

Build: Two stairs (one with natural woods and sisal carpeted pattern and one with natural sial but 26 color swatches), a railing and an assorted fence.

Wall: Seamless wallpaper with assorted painted wall.

Furnitures: 5 modular shelves, stackable to build the perfect understair.

Lighting: Ceramic wall light

Decor: Muddy adult and kid boots, umbrellas in wicker basket, sisal baskets, books (left & right), assorted sisal pattern rug, wall frames, potteries decoration

Plants: A hanging plant, a small fern and a flower vase bouquet.

❗Note: due to the shaders being different, the shelves and the stairs/railing will not be the EXACT same color depending on the swatch/hour of the day. I tried my best to fit them the closest I could... 😌

Crystal Clutters Pack

Heeeey people! Crystal Creations came out (bugged as hell) and I loved these bookcases sooo much but it desperately needed changes, atleast for me. The *dust* two colored wood tones needed to go and it surelly needed the ladder for both sides! And so I did that!

I went even further making more swatches and making two swatches for each wood color, one with a version already with books in and one without anything! And also I made some clutters to put on your new bookcases!

Oh and all items in this pack are Base Game Compatible, so you dont need crystal creations to use this.
