This gies not only for the bestfriends but also for friends. Expectancy in changing behavior or changing treatments now that your friend is in a relationship is inevitbke. People change priorities and you are to accept that t you cant hold on towhatever treatment you had before.

What Im saying is, Be natural and aboid cheesy lines for that is suspicious. You and your bestfriend are inchrge of knowing your bestfriend's partneer and make him/her your friends because if you failed, its becoming more suspicious.

Bestfriends are special. It's cool to have a bestfriend. But when your partner is threatened by your bestfriend, it is your part to explain tagt you two had nothing but friendship.

“BUTTERFLIES AS BIONDICATORS” by Julianne Carmelle P. Sanchez

When we were young, we used to draw a lot of butterflies when we were asked by our teacher to draw something that we like. Butterflies, as what we’ve known are winged-insects that we can see in almost everywhere with flowers for pollination. These butterflies come in different colors; some can have vibrant colors while some have dull and dark ones. Everytime we see a butterfly, we’re like “OMG! Butterfly!” These elegant and beautiful creatures however these insects are not only for pollination and beauty but they play a major role in the ecological aspect of the environment. They act as bioindicators to the environment. What do you think the word biondicator means?

Bioindicators are organisms that can indicate if there is something wrong regarding the health of the environment or if there is an alteration to their environmeny. Bioindicators can be animals, plants, or sometimes bacteria. They indicate the qualitative status of a certain environment or ecosystem. For example, lichens are known to be sensitive to sulfur. So when an environment increases the amount of sulfur, the lichens would most probably increase their mortality rate. However, there are also species that would tend to increase their population when there is a change in the ecosystem. However, if there was no big change in the organism's population, then it's most likely that the change isn’t really significant that it didn’t have that much effect on the organism’s population. So when pollutants or something is present the organism may change its outward appearance, physical or biochemical functions or it could even die.

Although butterflies may seem like an attractive addition to your flower garden they are a more than just an insect than most people realize. Butterflies act as a vital wildlife indicator, they can tell us almost everything we need to know about the health of an ecosystem. Butterflies are increasingly being recognised as valuable environmental indicators, both for their rapid and sensitive responses to subtle habitat or climatic changes and as representatives for the diversity and responses of other wildlife. Butterflies are one of the most important bioindicators since they react extremely quickly to even minor changes in the environment, they have also short life cycles and thus they can rapidly react towhatever change is happening in the environment.. They also provide an early warning system for other reductions in wildlife. Butterflies are often used to study the effects of climate change because of their sensitivity to climatic variables. As a result, they are now the best-monitored group of insects in the world.

Here are some of the evidences of the effects of the environment to the population and biodiversity of the butterflies in different places. In Europe, the effects of nitrogen from fertilizer or precipitation on the food plants and microclimate of caterpillars have a significant impact on butterfly communities. And in regions like Asia, there is a habitat and species loss is extreme due to a doubling of the human population in the past 40 years.

Global warming has already begun. Since 1900, the global average temperature has risen by 0.7 degrees Celsius, and the northern hemisphere is substantially warmer than at any point during the past 1,000 years. Climate change effect every living creature on planet, however the extent and degree of its impact vary from species to species. Some species are benefited with this change and some are damaged. Human activities also destroy the butterfly habitats. Global climate fluctuation also affects the butterfly habitats. Governmental policy on forestry, farming and road planning has great effect on the abundance and distribution of butterflies. Due to the depletion of the habitat of the butterflies from the global climate change, plants will also be affected. Butterflies are a major pollinator of both wild and cultivated plants. Without them and other important pollinating insects flying around, there will be a significant decline in viable seed produced.

Although butterflies are considered as one of the best environmental indicators, there are still numerous of species that would be considered as environmental indicators since the climate change effects from species to species. Each species has a different response to a certain change in the environment.

Republicans and the White House may have a hard time muscling through a full tax code overhaul this year. But there will be plenty of debates and mudslinging over tax reform while they try.

And all those rhetorical talkfests will be peppered with tax and legislative jargon. Lots of it.

So here’s a cheat sheet on what some key terms mean:

Revenue neutral: “How much will that tax plan cost?” is just another way of asking whether the overall plan will raise less revenue than the current tax code, more revenue or the same amount.

If it would raise the same amount, the proposal is said to be “revenue neutral.”

If a plan is estimated to raise more revenue, it will be said to reduce deficits. If it would raise less than the current code, it would increase deficits.

Right now, Republicans can’t even agree on whether tax reform should be revenue neutral.

It’s an important question because if they decide it should be, lawmakers must find ways to make up the revenue losses that may occur from cutting rates, increasing some tax breaks and repealing certain taxes altogether.

In other words, they must agree to “pay for” any measures that would reduce revenue.

Pay-fors or offsets: So-called “pay-fors” or offsets for tax reform typically include eliminating tax breaks or reducing their value, closing tax loopholes and raising taxes or fees in some areas. Coming up with pay-fors is where tax reform gets hard because behind every tax break and loophole is a powerful interest group.

Economic growth can also raise more revenue. But there is debate over how much Congress should count on estimates of assumed growth as a “pay for” since so many factors other than tax cuts can influence growth. The concern: if growth doesn’t materialize, a tax proposal would run up the country’s debt.

Dynamic scoring: There are different ways to estimate the cost of tax reform. Republicans want to use so-called dynamic scoring as the preferred method.

Unlike conventional scoring, dynamic scoring assumes tax cuts will generate economic growth. That assumed growth, in turn, will generate more estimated revenue. And that additional projected revenue can make a tax plan look less costly.

Distribution: This is just a fancy term to indicate how the tax bills of people at different income levels will be affected by a given tax reform proposal.

It’s also a way to assess the “Who wins and who loses?” question — that is, who will end up paying less in taxes under the proposed changes and who will end up paying more.

Pass-throughs: The vast majority of businesses in the United States aren’t corporations. They’re so-called pass-through entities that have chosen not to structure themselves as corporations for tax purposes. These businesses run the gamut from mom-and-pop shops to big law firms to investment partnerships.

A pass-through business isn’t taxed as a corporation. Instead it passes the profits it generates through to the shareholders and partners of the business. They then report those profits and pay taxes on them on their individual tax returns.

Corporations, by contrast, are taxable entities and they file their taxes under the corporate tax code.

Worldwide system vs. territorial system: Today the United States has a worldwide tax system. That means that U.S. companies must pay U.S. tax on all their profits, regardless of where in the world those profits are earned.

But many other countries don’t tax their domestically based companies on the earnings they make offshore.

Republicans want to switch to a territorial system for businesses. That would mean U.S. companies would only owe U.S. tax on what they earn in the United States.

The profits they make abroad would no longer be subject to U.S. tax, just to whatever tax is imposed by the government of the country where the money was made.

Deemed repatriation: U.S. multinationals can defer paying U.S. tax on any profits they earn abroad until they repatriate it, meaning bring it back to U.S. soil.

A lot of companies have built quite a cash stash offshore. If they officially brought it home, they would owe a 35% tax rate on it, minus whatever tax they already paid on their foreign profits to other governments.

To help raise quick revenue to pay for other parts of tax reform, there’s been talk of deemed repatriation. That is, applying a one-time repatriation tax — set at a lower rate than 35% — on a company’s overseas profits whether they choose to actually bring the money home or not.
