i feel like death watch wasn't played NEARLY as villainous as they should have been

#i actually rooted for deathwatch when we first met them (until i met pre. jackass. even tho hes terrible at fighting) #but thats mostly because i hATED NEW MANDALORE #but i think mandalore should have had these two factions and it should have been clear THAT NEITHER OF THEM SHOULD BE LEADING MANDALORE #instead the new mandalorians were treated like actual mandalorians instead of fuckin colonizers #and death watch wasnt nearly as murdery as they should have been #jango fett would have approved of tcw death watch and thats where it fails #because jango HATES DEATH WATCh #cause theyre terrible even to their own people #like tcw death watch felt 'mean' but not dangerous #like OOOO theyre mean to these droids and use them as target practice and are kinda dicks #but thats not even in the same league as the death watch that betrayed jaster mereel and worked with the sith #to fuckin use the jedi to slaughter other mandalorians leaving only jango #im going off my vague understanding of galidraan because i need to refresh my memory of it #but i think death watch wasnt used to its potential and not portrayed as the fuckin genocidal nazi terrorists they are #and i'll never be happy with how tcw made the new mandalorians feel like the ONLY mandalorians. pissed me the fuck off #fluff rambles #and a lot is in the tags again i dont know why i do thisssss
