Such an amazing, somewhat unexpected week/weekend.. all started thanks to some free tickets to FINALLY see #Vicetone. Turns out @TheGlitchMob was in town two nights earlier so I had to get two major checks off the Need-To-See list at once.. and #Darude the night in between was a solid, random bonus for free. So much great #music. I was lucky enough to end up with tickets to @kendricklamar in #SaratogaSprings the next day which of course could not be passed up 🙏🏾✊🏾✊🏾 #Schoolboy and #KDot absolutely tore that place down. Selamat Hari Ibu, Mama! few days before mother's day, I asked Mama if she wanted to eat buffet at Carousel. She was kinda reluctant cos I knew she didnt really fancy buffet. she told me she would consider and let me know. she decided to dine at fishNco! thats my mama, a very simple woman! I dont mind, as long as she is happy! I ordered ondeh-ondeh bites (see photo) from a baker in punggol. mama's birthday cake was from the same baker too! my mama doesnt really loves sweet stuffs. if she wants to eat, she is very particular. I got the feeling that she would love this ondeh-ondeh bites! she loves it. it suits to her liking! so glad to hear "sedapnya benda ni, tak boleh stop makan 1 je". to you mama, my one and only queen of my heart, my numero uno, my greatest loves: you are a selfless woman who always puts others ahead of yourself. did too much yet hardly dihargai or worse, being taken advantage of. but for you "buat baik jangan mintak penghargaan or biar orang buat kita tapi jangan kita buat orang!". a woman who showers your loves and concerns unconditionally, makanan also la! to me jangan cakap lah kan I'm your only child, to the family and outsiders too, like some of my friends whom you treat like your own children. I couldnt ask for more, honestly! you have been the best and fantastic person in my almost 31 years (& still counting) of life! a real blessing indeed! May Allah bless you always with good health & happiness and to many more celebrations & memories together! FUYOHH JOM - ANUGERAH MELETOP ERA!! So, I was in KL for 3 days last month, basically it was like just 2 weeks ago. once again, it was a winning prize from SingtelTV. Thank you again for this opportunity, I truly appreciate this! last year was for Akademi Fantasia's finale and this time round is Anugerah Meletop Era! The trip was fun filled. I enjoyed every moment of it no matter how rushing the trip was. thankfully the bus journey this time was 2 hours shorter which I was so glad of! friendships were made/formed once again, though this time the group of people were not as happening as AF's clan and the bond wasnt as strong too! the AF's clan basically could chitchat with just anyone in the group, regardless of age, but this time round was more quieter! But well, I wouldnt want to trade this experience with any else. meeting new people is interesting, I gotta see macam2 ragam and so! The main event itself was so kecoh and happening! got to see some of my favourite Malaysian celebrities LIVE! Whatsmore, I gotta taste my first red carpet experience for event in Malaysia! The level of excitement was beyond words. Before this AME, we had a high tea session too! I am really hoping for more opportunities like this. Priceless experience. PESTA PERDANA 2017 It was really a last minute affair that I decided to attend this event. Ever since Mediacorp moved to the new location, I am so lazy to attend/watch any event/programme here. Mind you, the previous location was just 20mins bus ride away from my house or $7 grab ride. Haha! Then I thought ah lets go cos I missed the previous edition 2 years ago as I was busy with my SEA Games commitments. Whatsmore, its my chance to explore this new campus as well as meeting the Suria celebrities and to catch up with few good friends here! So, actually it isnt really that far la from my place but still, my grab fee was like $12 there. I'm still clueless on how to go there via bus or train! (will explore soon). the new place is nice la of course, new building right! love the structural design and also something like open-air garden at the 2nd storey. so canggih got cafe already there as well as restaurant and foodcourt. but the MES Theatre not so great la, the row is so narrow! it is pretty hard to walk along it! (My leg tersangkut and the lebam was so scary!). The event itself was fun. I got to say this year's winners were not really predictable like before. So, best la kan! I managed to meet some celebrities at the post event. Hisyam Hamid was one of them. of course he is more popular now compared to 4 years ago when I first took photo with him. But a thing never change is: still the same humble and friendly him. layan every single peminat with so wide smile and politeness. Khai Saharom didnt win that night and to rub more salt to my wound was, I didnt get to take picture with him as well :( sob sob! oh ya, on a brighter happier note, I dapat feeling bergambar di red carpet you olls!
