I've had stones in my salivary glands a couple years ago! When I had them they put me on antibiotics, and I sucked a lot of hard candy to help it too! It kinda helps 2 keep the saliva like flowing to help break down the stone if that makes sense? So I'd maybe try that if i were u! But it went away on its own eventually, after a few weeks maybe, at least for me, I wish you luck!
