I think tumblr's tag searching is getting more broad (idk if that's the right word to use).

When I go through the #hetalia tag for instance, I'll sometimes find posts by hetalia-antis where they censor "hetalia" in the main body of the post, but it still ends up in the tag because they tagged it #i watched hetalia in middle school don't judge me it was a dark time (not a real tag but close enough to a statement I've seen). And since "hetalia" wasn't censored in that tag, it showed up in the main #hetalia tag anyway.
