So I'm going to Malta. Malta?! Yes, Malta is an archipelago in the central Mediterranean between Sicily and the North African coast.

Galicia has a surface area of 29,574 square kilometres (11,419 sq mi). The easternmost longitude is at 6°42′W on the border between the province of Ourense and the Castilian-Leonese province of Zamora) its westernmost at 9°18′W reached in two places: the A Nave Cape in Fisterra (also known as Finisterre), and Cape Touriñán, both in the province of A Coruña.

Erosion by the Atlantic Ocean has contributed to the great number of capes. Besides the aforementioned Estaca de Bares in the far north, separating the Atlantic Ocean from the Cantabrian Sea, other notable capes are Cape Ortegal, Cape Prior, Punta Santo Adrao, Cape Vilán, Cape Touriñán (westernmost point in Galicia), Cape Finisterre or Fisterra, considered by the Romans, along with Finistère in Brittany and Land's End in Cornwall, to be the end of the known world.

All along the Galician coast are various archipelagos near the mouths of the rías. These archipelagos provide protected deepwater harbors and also provide habitat for seagoing birds. A 2007 inventory estimates that the Galician coast has 316 archipelagos, islets, and freestanding rocks. Among the most important of these are the archipelagos of Cíes, Ons, and Sálvora. Together with Cortegada Island, these make up the Atlantic Islands of Galicia National Park. Other significant islands are Islas Malveiras, Islas Sisargas, and, the largest and holding the largest population, Arousa Island.

The coast of this 'green corner' of the Iberian Peninsula, some 1,500 km (930 mi) in length, attracts great numbers of tourists, although real estate development in the 2000–2010 decade has degraded it partially.

There is one school, Lanai High and Elementary School, serving the entire island from kindergarten through 12th grade. There is also one hospital, Lanai Community Hospital, with 24 beds, and a community health center providing primary care, dental, behavioral health and selected specialty services in Lanai City.[14][15] There are no traffic lights on the island.

In S3E2 Murder and the Maiden, Bert was given a romantic interest for the first time. (Well, his bromance with Cec didn’t count.) The “Russian sheila he's soft on”, Tatiana Fyodorov, was a seamstress who would hem his trousers. When she mentioned that she needed to get married in order to stay in the country, Bert proposed right on the spot without any hesitation. I was glad that she didn’t get a chance to accept the proposal because I don’t believe that she loved him. She liked him a lot as a friend and a protector, but it was not love. Although he was disappointed by her deception, Bert still cared about her and personally escorted her to a secluded location to protect her safety and give her chance to start a new life. The “secret” code name, caviar, cracked me up. It really was quite obvious as Jack “decoded” it right away. The destination, Tasmania, made me chuckle too because it was a homage to Essie’s hometown.

Since Essie is not active on social media, there is a lot we don’t know about her personal life. However, one thing we are sure is that she was born in Tasmania. According to Wikipedia, she attended the University of Tasmania, where she was a member of the Old Nick Company, the university’s theatre company. Although it’s widely reported that her primary residence is in England now, some speculate that she has recently moved back to Tasmania to be close to her aging parents.

So, where exactly is Tasmania? It’s an island state located 240 km (150 miles) to the south of the Australia mainland. It is promoted as a natural state, and protected areas of Tasmania cover over 42% of its land area. Essie has been seen participating in marches and gatherings to help preserve the state’s natural and archaeological values. For those who plan on paying the state a visit, there are a lot of websites that can help you plan the trip. An example is Australia.com (search for Tasmania), which invites you to “Come to Tasmania to indulge in history, vast wilderness areas, Australia's most spectacular mountains, dazzling beaches and the freshest food and wine imaginable.” Who knows, we may get lucky and run into our beloved Essie!

p.s. The distance between Melbourne and Tasmania is 510 km (316 miles), but there is no bridge between the mainland and the island, so we will have to either fly or take the ferry.

Koh Rong is the biggest of the islands off the coast of Sihanoukville in the Gulf of Thailand. It stretches from south-east to north-west, is roughly elongate shaped and it encompasses an area of 78 km2 (30 sq mi). The terrain is predominantly hilly with a sizable mountain 316 m (1,037 ft) at the island’s north-west. The hills provide water for countless creeks and estuaries. The island’s interior is almost completely forested, concealing a number of seasonal waterfalls. Koh Rong has around 43 km (27 mi) of delicate beaches. There are no less than 23 beaches of varying length and coloration—from (predominantly) white to beige to rose-colored sands—along most of the coastline. Bays, protruding capes and impressive sandstone rock formations contribute to the island's scenic panorama. The southern coastline, exposed to the weather and open sea, is particularly spectacular, whereas the eastern coast, which faces towards the land, is characterized by a sequence of smooth hills, gently sloping towards the numerous crescent-shaped beaches, inlets and bays. Several small islets and many reefs provide an abundance of natural environments for a great variety of marine life. The center of the island is a flat "belt" of sediments that joins the two hilly massifs of the south-east and north-west. Here is a small savanna—the result of human activities and cultivation.
