#thinking abt the citadel makes me soooo sad. man #like alllll thos ricks and mortys bascially just working normal jobs. they uphold the system but also suffer bc of it #tftc is one of my fav episodes ever man. the way all the little stories end very hopelessly is perfecttttt #oh actually. its called the ricklantis mixup but u get it #‘i hope youre putting something pretty damn important in there’ ‘me too. but i doubt it’ WAHHHH #the way things on the citadel improve due to emorty… but only as far as it serves him #like in a way hes no different than the council. u knowwww #i alwaysss think abt tftc. its so fucking SADDD #slick dies. he just kills himself. and the other mortys have this moment of relief like it Meant something #but it didnt. #i think the entire episode can be summed up in the simple rick plot #how the New Improved citadel becomes run on this glimmer of hope that things will finally get better #but its all just a farce. its just what everyone Needs to think to get by #oughh man.. #? idk why i went off on a lyrics post. but whateve #ill post the lyrics i mean later probs
