#chatter #personal #some people are just meant to be cherished by the people around them #and some are meant to be left around to do their own thing #of course they'll be fine #they're very low maintenance and self suficient #but it would be nice if people would do stuff for me once in awhile #or make time for me or whatever #unfortunately my whole childhood of being valued as the one low maintenance kid who you never have problems with #no matter what abuse or deprivation #started bleeding to my other relationships #that i have very fucked up ideas of intimacy #as much as i want friends to do something special for me or make time just for me #i'd run away because im afraid of being a burden #after being told years that my only worth is at least you're not adding trouble for your family #because you as a kid is inherently troublesome #sure fucks you up at receiving love #so i guess i can't blame them if i give off an aura of not wanting to be pampered #or not wanting attention #or not wanting to be loved #or not wanting to be in a relationship #im not ready for it #maybe one day #but i guess if just one person makes time for me and sees me as a special person #i guess i'll be happy
