so strange hearing the german daleks in journey's end say "exterminieren" when in the german dub the daleks (always) say "eliminieren"

#i dont really know why i just checked and exterminieren is an actual word the duden says so #but i guess maybe if i didnt even know it was part of the german language and had to check the exact meaning #they just chose to dub with eliminieren bc well its not as old and more frequently used than exterminieren #anyway. sorry for the mid posts but i need to share every single thought i have while watching doctor who thank you #doctor who
