On June 2nd artist and beta sign ups open until June 30th.
Once artist sign up close, claims will follow shortly after on July 5th. Claims will run at maximum to July 12th, depending on how many rounds of claims are required.

Starting off 2024 strong with the closing survey from the 2023 event!
There are two main points to this year's survey in addition to general feedback:
We are again looking for new mods. Life changes mean that our current mods are busier than ever and we'd love to have more hands on deck to help things run smoothly.
We have had minimal response to our beta sign-ups for the past few years, so we want to know what you, the participants and friends of the event, would like to see when it comes to author support.
The deadline to submit is February 29, so we have time to collect your responses before we go into development for 2024.

Sign ups for artists and betas are open!
Artists sign up here.
Beta readers sign up here.
Sign-ups will run from today, Friday, June 2, 2023, until Friday, June 30, 2023.
The minimum requirements for artists are one drawing/painting/etc (digital or traditional) or two edits/gif sets/etc.
Betas will fill out a short questionnaire and subsequently be entered into a directory, which will be provided to authors.
As always, you are welcome to join us on Discord, even if you haven't signed up yet!

Author sign-ups for The Terror Big Bang 2023 are now open and will close in a month's time on April 28th.
Artist and beta sign-ups will follow on June 2nd.
A full schedule of the Bang can be found on the schedule page, with the important upcoming dates being the check-in on June 9th and summaries for claims due July 2nd-4th.
As always, you are welcome to join us on Discord, even if you haven't signed up yet! As well as place to ask questions and discuss the Bang, we have a role locked Writers Cabin where writers are free to discuss their fic.

All the works have been revealed, marking the end of The Terror Big Bang 2023!! Thank you so much to all the writers and artists who participated. You did such amazing work!
Thank you also for bearing with us through the growing pains associated with a major mod transition and rules update, it means the world to us. As we do every year, you can expect to see an end-of-event survey in the next month or so.
We hope you've had a fun time creating this year and we do hope to see you again next year!

Event Announcement
Hi everyone,
We are happy to announce the launch of the Terror Big Bang 2023!
We’re super excited to bring you the Bang again this year. Overall the structure won’t change very much from last year but please feel free to brush up on the rules and faq found on our Tumblr or carrd.
The full schedule for this year can now be found in our Discord, the schedule page, and will be kept updated on the "Upcoming Deadlines" sidebar on the Tumblr.
Important Upcoming Dates:
March 31st: Author sign-ups open
April 28th: Author sign-ups close
June 2nd: Artist and beta reader sign-ups open
If you plan to participate this year, you are welcome to join the Bang discord server, where you can chat with fellow writers/artists, participate in sprints, and talk to the mods. Just introduce yourself with how you plan on participating and we’ll give you the appropriate roles for the year.
