I find that a lot of people who identify themselves are as atheists are actually more agnostic. Like someone will say they're an atheist and when I ask why, they're like "I just don't think it's possible to know for sure whether or not there's a God." Like congrats my dude, you are an agnostic. That is essentially the definition of agnosticism. There are more ways to reject your Christian childhood than by insisting that science proves that there's no god.
