Saito's whole thing in this AU is giving good-sounding advice to his patients that actually only fucks them up more. and when Ryuki waltzes in Saito decides to go all in and just like, completely fuck with him, more so than he has for anyone else. he isolates him more and more from the rest of his friends through the counseling he's giving, and starts meeting up with him outside of their sessions, etc etc you get the idea. mr abuses power dynamics gets a new power dynamic to abuse. how does that sound
