in a sport where wins for different/varied drivers are incredibly rare? in a sport where the majority of the people in it do NOT have wins? in a sport where wins can be/are incredibly dependent on machinery? in a sport where success is partially dictated by the strategy calls from the pit wall and the performance of the other non-racing members of the team?

um yeah, his wins do protect him

also please tell me more about how you don’t know shit about the non-self inflicted damage on daniel’s car, the shit strategies, and the team orders he consistently gets that benefit lando even when daniel is doing better….
