#jack's thoughts #best 80s bowie album imo. most of his 80s stuff sounds a bit too. idk. generic 80s music for my taste #not that they're not good. let's dance is a good album for example just not bowie enough #never let me down is 'i didn't say it was good i said i liked it' and tonight is just. boring #the labyrinth soundtrack is an exception cause it has bowie's distinct style which he seemed to tone down in the 80s #i think he got back his spark in the 90s when he gave up on the mainstream 80s style #i haven't listened to all his albums from that time but i really enjoyed 1.outside #the story of the concept album is rather dark and morbid but i've developed a liking for somewhat bizarre music #what the fuck am i talking about i'm just making a post about an album i liked
