not doing well tonight & I feel like my face does not belong to me anymore. I am terrified of cameras and these are some of the only recent photos I'm comfortable with. Trying to convince myself they aren't just a fluke. Trying to convince myself that I'm okay, I might not feel like I'm doing enough but I am still doing something, whatever little tasks I can recognize I need to do in the moment. It doesn't feel like enough but it's more than I ever did before and I want to believe that means something.
