#so were a second from midnight and the global economy is in shambles #the canadian east coast got devastated by a cat 4 and its happening again #those pictures of the ocean receding before hurricane ian got me fucked up #were in the rampant acceleration part of climate change i see #and my job which i love just reflects societal collapse and the patients take their anger out on us for being subpar and incompetent #when they cant see the larger picture of whats happening #hospitals dont have workers and they may be bankrupted by energy bills this winter depending where their supply comes from #also have no one i can talk about and plan things with because im depressing go figure #i feel the most alive/happy/grateful ive ever been and thats why im afraid bc there is so much to lose
