I'm going on a rant. Ascended Astarion fanpeople, don't read this cuz you'll gonna be angry.

Just so you know, I don't mean to offend anyone here, but it's just my opinion. Stay safe, stay happy.

Long story short, AA(Ascended Astarion) is a bitch. Not that 'cat energy' kind of bitch like spawn, but the 'I'll offend you just because I can' kind of bitch. And no, he does not love you, there's a clear line between love and obsession, which he clearly crossed. That man will stalk you as soon as you leave him and will never let you go once you're truly in his grasp. Ascension is no happy ending. I hate to repeat so many people, but AA really is kinda like Cazador, in a way.

AA is basically just a bad bad evil villain person. Even the developers are throwing the proof in your face with the damned kiss scenes alone.

By all means, if you make some fanfiction that makes AA into your perfect fantasy, that's alright, but you can't keep telling yourself that he loves you in the game.
