i love this shot. That's a smile. A sideways, but completely genuine smile. And he doesn't even notice. Because this is from him. He doesn't know why, quite, but he would be delighted to kill this guy.

It's also extremely difficult to make these supernatural aerial punch-ups remotely exciting, but they succeed rather well here by the well-tested method of keeping them short and letting the music and costumes do most of the work.

And they're nicely timed: there's always an interruption just as it was about to get boring. Rong Hao intervenes, and it's not the only time we'll be saying "thank fuck for Rong Hao". He may be blatantly Up to No Good, but he's the brains of the outfit and his timing, so far, is impeccable.

I was actually responsible and cleaned right after posting that, so this was my rest task. Good job me. 2. pairing you want to see Not sure really. There are only a few actors I pay that much attention to, so maybe Bai Yu and Dilraba Dilmurat, who can both play very chaotic characters well (my favorite kind of character). Mostly I just think in terms of individual actors I want to see more of.

6. name an actor/actress and I’ll pick their best drama/movie: Nam Joo Hyuk – I've only seen him as a main lead in Bride of Habaek actually! I have impression of who his character was in Cheese in the Trap, those memories are reserved for rage. Netflix randomly started me on episode two School Nurse Files and I haven't had the mental fortitude to go back after that batshit introduction to it.

10. a trope/genre you’d like to see more of More comedies where they don't, partway through, decide to throw in some really serious/overly angsty themes would be so nice. I started watching this for laughs and now there's some death related crisis or someone's about to run away and leave a lead in the lurch or best friend betrayal... No thanks!

13. popular actor/actress you feel nothing for Oh, most of them for sure, particularly any dudes getting hired partly for having six packs (highly developed muscles are weird, bodies are weird, I'm weird). For a specific one, Wang Yibo, I guess? I just look at face and think “there's a fuck boy” which isn't fair I'm sure, but the brain does what it does.

19. a pair you want to see reunite but in a different drama Bai Yu and You Jing Ru maybe? They were so good as a pair in Detective L. Or maybe Yi Da Qian and Zhang Xin Yu, the second lead couple in Love Designer.

20. drama you thought you’d never watch but did (and liked it?) Maybe The Romance of Hua Rong. It's really not my genre (so I thought), and I only watched an episode to see how ridiculous it was. Then I watched all the available episodes and wailed loudly when I realized it was still airing. I'm so happy they're doing a second season because that is Yuan Hao's absolute perfect role.
